I walked in to pick up my order showed my order and payment I was denied my food. The workers very unprofessional. Laughed at my situation. Walked out with out my food and it was paid for. They denied to give me my order. Made me show the proof from my bank that order was paid.

Ordered through the app for the first AND LAST time. I won’t go to this location again. They use DoorDash to deliver, the driver messaged me that the cookies I ordered were out of stock. I said that’s fine just refund those. About 15 minutes later she messages me saying the manager cancelled my order. I called Subway. Daisy said she was the manager. I asked her why she cancelled my order. She said if I cancel the cookies they have to cancel the whole thing. So then why are the cookies not marked out of stock on your app then?? Anyway, they sent a new driver to pick up the order with substitute cookies. While on his way to deliver the order was mysteriously cancelled. He messaged me so I called Subway. Daisy said they didn’t cancel it. I said I’ll just go get my own order, what time do you close…she said 9:00. This was at about 8:15. So I head to the restaurant and call on my way to ask them to remake the order. The guy on the phone said “well we close at 9:00”. This was at 8:35. I said okay I’m like 2 minutes away. He said but we’re already closing everything up. Long story short? He was locking the doors when I arrived at 8:37! I knocked on the window and asked to speak to the manager. I asked her why she said 9:00 and why are you locking the doors almost 25 minutes to closing…she said that’s really none of your business. Ummmm, yes it is! When your business hours are til 9 and you tell a customer who is about to head over that you close at 9..yeah it’s my damn business. I asked her for the name and contact for the store manager. She wrote a fake number on the back of a Subway receipt paper! I’ve never had good service at this location and will not ever go back!

Former employee here. I would highly recommend choosing a different place to work, while I was here, I was paid incorrectly several times, and given inhumane shifts when I was 16 and should've only been working around 20 hours a week as I had requested part time. The owner Mr. Gregg was not a very nice person, my father had to step in and get involved with these situations mentioned.

I had arrived at this subway location at 8:25, with still 35 minutes left until closing time and the doors were locked. The subway shouldn’t have closed until 9 pm, why are the doors locked so early. i called the place 3 times to ask if closing time had changed and they ignored by call. There was 2 workers staring at me from the inside who didn’t have the decency to even come up to the door or answer my call to at least tell me that they had closed early.

They gave me old bread for my sub. The whole sub was falling apart. The sub was also soggy.In the picture u can see how the sub doesn't even fold. It was cut on both sides. They gave me the They sell you old bread so you're better off going somewhere else.Had to get a refund.Better off going somewhere else.

The service is horrible, the food isn’t good and doesn’t taste fresh, I’ve never had this problem at any other location but there. They gave me one nasty sandwich and one good one and when I went in to get a partial refund, they made me go all the way back home to bring the other sandwich instead of solving my problem. I’m not eating there again

Went in to use the restroom, it was very clean.Lupita asked if i was just going to use the restroom or going to buy something.I had my granddaughter with me, she wanted to use restroom. I answered, I'm going to use restroom and buy something. Her negative attitude made me think like if she was very busy in the back room. There was only one customer in the store, who was on her way out.Not very friendly cashier!

Everytime I go they don’t put enough sauce when I do orders online it’s very disappointing!! I send my son to order with it on the phone and they couldn’t even follow that. My sons sandwich was only supposed to have mayonnaise and they put chipotle and that is too spicy for him. No extra sauce in the other sandwiches
