Was told they ran out of bread!!! Last time they ran out of meat!! This location needs better management.

Never have anything the toaster has been broken for forever, at this point what purpose do they serve being open when every review being a bit worse than the last. From stale bread, to hair being in the food.

NOTHING WORKS! the girl that is working there makes the sandwish like if they are going to deduct the vegetables from her check!

On 19 Feb 26 went to get footlong no toaster herb bread hard called store back after couple min personnel got snippy dont go to the place at 11000 mccomb just eat elsewhere 15.00 for a poor sandwhich not worth it they forget cant always ask them to remake fix it right 1 st time

Even though we haven’t tried the food yet…literally on the way home….I just wanted to give a shout out to Celeste! My husband and I went in there today and I definitely was hangry and I’m pregnant on top of it. She held her self very well. And gave me nothing respect she definitely someone worth having! Thank you for the amazing service you gave us!

charged me 26$ for a sandwich i’ve received here multiple times for the price of 16$, called the manager and she was also rude telling me that there’s was nothing i could do minus me just filing a complaint & telling her i was just filing a complaint. the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful, girl that helped me was on her phone and rolling her eyes, she had a very ugly attitude & the toaster was broken which i got no warning about and overheard from someone else.

I haven't been here in a while because of always having bad experiences, however, we were craving subway so decided to stop here since its closer to our house. Asked for a meatball sandwich, no meatballs, asked for Philly, no toaster. I really didnt want to go anywhere else because I just got out of work. I usually have issues with customer service, but the gentleman that was there, greeted, tried his best by offering warming up our sandwich in the microwave, he was kind and respectful. Thats customer service! Even if he didnt have all the resources to work with, he tried his best. I can tell that it was out of his hands. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because they have one employee working with no backup and resources. Even the chip racks were empty. They need to renovate, and built this location up again.

The absolutely worst place! The two employees working last week Sunday and Saturday after 6PM are the WORST! Both times I stood in the drive through line for over 10 minutes and even asked the guy who appeared to take the trash out but couldn’t speak English well if the shop is open and he said YES. But nobody bothered responding or taking my order. Both times when I drove off they would both just stare at me and both times the shop was EMPTY!!!!!!!

If minimum wage laws didn't exist, I would pay the night shift less than $5 an hour. So often when I come through the drive thru window you have employees that does interact with customers. I ultimately needed up leaving but this Subway on McCombs is losing Subway alot of money.

Fountain drinks? Ice machine don't work.
Cookies? Oven doesn't work either..

Pizza? They don't serve pizza in this location..

I was hesitant to go based on all the negative reviews. I decided to on 8/16/24 for the first time. The place inside was clean floors and tables. The two girls greeting me with hellos. I ordered the supreme BMT all the ingredients were fresh along with the bread. People just like to complain. I’ll be back

I don't know why I don't come to the subway often but every time I come home they never have ice what is up at that fix the ice machine

The toaster had been broken FOREVER. No ice when it's 100 degrees out. No clean tables, even though we are the only people in here at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon. No chocolate chip cookies, just oatmeal and raspberry.

No wonder there is nobody here. The place has gone to hell in a hand basket. We stopped coming here a year or two ago when we would drive into town and they were never open in the evenings. We assumed no workers. So we thought we would give it another try, but come on, NO toaster! NO ice?

Edit: got gone and my two raspberry Cheerios were very stale! So disappointed ☹️

Horrible service, I've never experienced this type of service even at McDonalds. Drive thru is not in service, but there are no signs any where, I was the only one in line and they didn't even bother to ask me to wait, we did a mobile order and asked for cokes... surprise surprise they don't offer coke products, and last but not least we were missing a whole meal and the meals that we got were just bread and the protein and the bread was hard, not even fresh.
