If minimum wage laws didn't exist, I would pay the night shift less than $5 an hour. So often when I come through the drive thru window you have employees that does interact with customers. I ultimately needed up leaving but this Subway on McCombs is losing Subway alot of money.

Super Bad service... everytime we go they're rude..

It seems that everything is broken..

Fountain drinks? Ice machine don't work.
Cookies? Oven doesn't work either..

Pizza? They don't serve pizza in this location..

I was hesitant to go based on all the negative reviews. I decided to on 8/16/24 for the first time. The place inside was clean floors and tables. The two girls greeting me with hellos. I ordered the supreme BMT all the ingredients were fresh along with the bread. People just like to complain. I’ll be back

I don't know why I don't come to the subway often but every time I come home they never have ice what is up at that fix the ice machine

The toaster had been broken FOREVER. No ice when it's 100 degrees out. No clean tables, even though we are the only people in here at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon. No chocolate chip cookies, just oatmeal and raspberry.

No wonder there is nobody here. The place has gone to hell in a hand basket. We stopped coming here a year or two ago when we would drive into town and they were never open in the evenings. We assumed no workers. So we thought we would give it another try, but come on, NO toaster! NO ice?

Edit: got gone and my two raspberry Cheerios were very stale! So disappointed ☹️

Horrible service, I've never experienced this type of service even at McDonalds. Drive thru is not in service, but there are no signs any where, I was the only one in line and they didn't even bother to ask me to wait, we did a mobile order and asked for cokes... surprise surprise they don't offer coke products, and last but not least we were missing a whole meal and the meals that we got were just bread and the protein and the bread was hard, not even fresh.

Came to this location around 9pm because online and on their door it says they close at 10pm and they proceed to signal to me they are closed. Are they making their own hours?

Cancels orders instead of substituting missing item

This place is DISGUSTING!!! they don’t clean there tables! they NEVER have anything stacked up. HORRIBLE customer service. They look at you stupid and they look confused! Not even a hello! i’ve been her multiple times and nothing has changed.. NEED BETTER PEOPLE AND A BETTER MANAGEMENT

Horrible staff. Telling customers where to stand in an empty lobby when still looking at the menu. Being told rudely breakfast is over when it could've been stated in a decent manner. Putting a disgustingly large amount of mayo on the sandwich, causing it to tear. Not having unsweetened tea available but having sweet tea just means they could've made it without sugar for people with health conditions, but chose not to. Didn't give me back receipt to take a survey to share my experience after getting a refund for the drink, resulting in this glowing review for this disappointing team. Worst subway experience in the northeast, won't be coming back to this location.

By far worst subway I've ever been to ,which is saying something. Wish I could give zero. Ordered 3 footlongs online. Took me 15 minutes to get to store. No one in store, but still not even started. When I got home nothing on sandwiches. I bet not a 1/4 pound of meet in total on 3 ft long. Veggies mushy. For that I paid over $30. Please unlike me please believe awful reviews and avoid this store. God open a jimmy john or Mike's anything in neighborhood this place sucks.

they did not have no veggies in stock, only cheese available was pepper jack & american. the employees were not helpful. the veggies on my sandwich were frozen, cucumbers were frozen as well as the black olives, would not be visiting this location no longer.
