Went to go have lunch at 11:30am and it was closed with no one inside when hours are posed that they open at 8:30am. And the website lists it as open too. There was no sign posted on the door either.

These two ladies working gave great service. Very informative regarding some coupons I wanted to use. Unlike the Subway on McCombs and Dyer where I waited over 4mins without being acknowledged while the employees were chit-chatting in the back. The young lady that took care of us was very attentive and made great subs. Thank you who ever hired these ladies.

I don't know what happened with the quality of food and the service at this subway. Been coming to the Fairbanks location for years but never again after the way the employees were. I had ordered 3 footlongs online for my family and I should have checked the sandwiches right then and there but I had other errands to run before returning home. So when they took their first bite they immediately spit it out because the veggies were old and slimey. And it was like that with all 3 footlongs. And on one of them, the cheese wasn't even right and they had put some sauce that wasn't even supposed to be there. Obviously grossed out we called subway and they said it was my fault because I let the sandwiches get soggy because I waited too long and that they couldn't do nothing anyways because they only give you a certain amount of time to complain so they couldn't remake it or give me a refund. She didn't even acknowledge me when I told her the errors with the cheese and sauce not being right. I know sandwiches are meant to be eaten right away and they will get soggy if you leave them sitting there, but the veggies were old and expired, I don't know why they would serve it when they can cut fresh veggies. I've worked in a kitchen and know old veggies when I see them. The lady on the phone was very rude and made it seem like I was trying to cheat my way into a free meal. No mam, I'm just trying to get what I paid for and we didn't even eat them, just threw them in the trash which is what the employees should've done instead of sending them out. It was a total inconvenience because I had to order from another Subway and no problems at all with them, the bread was actually soft not hard like at Fairbanks and they made the sandwiches correctly with fresh and crisp veggies. Ordering from the other Subway proved to me that the Fairbanks Subway just has a problem with the staff, I don't know if they're lazy or just don't care about the food they're giving out to customers, but it's inexcusable when your neighboring Subways have to pick up your slack and have to do the job you should've done right in the first place. So if you eat/order here, as soon as they hand you that sandwich check it right there in front of them. And if you do need to complain make sure you do it within enough time cause they don't care about you as a customer once the time limit has passed and they made their money and tip off of you.

I used door dash...Todo the one that is on dyer send me bread with vegetables..And it was a mess...and they didn't have a phone to complain so door dash return my money...I hope so.

If you go to the subway on fairbanks, double check your order if you get Lola. First he messed up topping on 2 subs. That I was ok with. But I ordered 3 chocolate chips and 3 macadamia cookies. He didnt say anything when he gave me my order. When I get home, I see 2 chocolate and 2 macadamia and 2 raisin cookies. Very lazy and unprofessional.

I ordered the new Monster Sub online and I instead got a steak and cheese. It was a $4 difference between the sandwiches and I'm upset about that.
