I went here to get a subway and first they didint put one i ordered 3 gave me 2 and then i put toasted bread but it was old and cold super hard and then they put shredded chiken when i ordered grilled they did everything wrong terrible customer service

This Subway has the best bread!! They dint leave it out in the kitten like other Subways do. I travel extra to go to this one just for their bread, when there is one .03 of a mile from my house!!

Bathroom says for “customers only” and even thought I bought something the lady with the blond streaks was upset and said next time I have to buy a sandwich to use the bathroom. Guess when you buy anything other than a sandwhich ur not a customer? Weird. Won’t be going back even if I want a sandwich in the future

I went into Subway to buy a sandwich. My three-year-olds needed to use the restroom. Yvonne was in the restroom. She was an employee and stated that I couldn’t use the restroom because I needed to buy a sandwich. I stated to her I already purchased the sandwich and she still wanted to argue with me. Horrible customer service. I will never come here again.

2 women working with horrible people /service skills . Being in the back talking and laughing was more important than customers wanting to eat at the establishment. Would not recomend this and the manager needs to better train the employees

I placed the order on-line. At check out it said it would be ready in 15 min. Got to the restaurant 20 min after placing my order but my order was still not ready. I did not get what I ordered. The meat was cold, they did not have straws nor ice and the soda was flat. I will never come here again nor do I recommend this place.

Slowest subway in El Paso. It seems like every time I come there’s only ONE person working and like 10 customers. They take forever for ever to make the sandwiches.
