Slowest subway in El Paso. It seems like every time I come there’s only ONE person working and like 10 customers. They take forever for ever to make the sandwiches.
Had placed an online order accidentally at this location driving through town. The employee refused to refund my card unless I came into the store. I could not make it to that side of town as I was traveling and ended up taking the loss with them stealing my money. Wonder if that is policy or just very poor service.
On 10 Feb 2025 I went to get a footlong sub and the lady saw I was talking on the phone so she took advantage and added 2 subs I didn't say anything to see if she was honest but she didn't say anything
Lady was working with open wound , sucking her teeth to get food out of them while waiting for my cash , just nasty customer service as well , no thank you , hello , nothing . Was here twice , same lady bad service 👎
Worst subway EVER. I went to pick up my mobile order and they didn’t even have it and YES it was the correct restaurant location. The lady had such a horrible attitude, I’ll never go there again
Second time we had a mobile order and they completely just half way done the order. Barely anything on the subs and wrong bread.
Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Place and order online and turns out they closed earlier than stated in their business hours. Went a 2 days later to see if I could get a refund since I never received my order and manager treated me as if it was my fault. Wish I could do 0 stars on this.
If you're going to order from here, don't order online they only give you a fraction of the meat as when you go in person

Ordered food on 9.8.24 and ate in the store. A guy came out the back without a beard guard on and hair hanging out of his hat that would have required a hair net- there wasn’t one on. At this point it was too late- our food was ordered and paid for. One of the sandwiches had a (black, longish) hair in it- the employee who made our order (tight cut reddish brown) got ahold of the manager who said to go in the next day. The next day she refused to do anything stating I should have brought the sandwich back- I told her we ate there and the employee who made the sandwiches (not his hair) saw us throw that half sandwich with try hair and other 1/4 away cuz who wants to eat that? Called the owners Tuesday and they were supposed to call me back. Today- 17 days later- I called them back and got hung up on. I called back and she states they’re having issues with their phone lines. That’s too convenient. She then proceeded to say they have to get ahold of the manager to get her side of the story- shouldn’t you already have down this two weeks ago and called me back??? She then proceeded to tell me they do not give refunds only replacements. Who wants to eat there when you don’t follow food service protocol??? When there’s hair in between the cheese slices? Who knows what’s going on in the back that you can’t even see. I highly suggest staying away from here and FYI the same owners own the one o Fairbanks took, I’m not sure of others. I will be going to Jersey Mikes (ones coming to NE EP) or Firehouse subs.

I placed an order online, only for them to get the order wrong, when calling back and asking for the manager.. she was simply to busy to come to the line..Armida decided she would play manager only to create the situation into a hurricane, resulting in me going back to handle and show the food mistake after basically being called a liar and what not .. only to be egged on by Armida making a date for when she gets off the clock.. shame shame the lack in poor management training as the manager did not remove the employee or stop her from egging me on, and instead turned on me asking me to stop and saying it's only sandwhiches... lack of proper all around training here...
Beware only if your gangster should you go in.. but make sure u have ur boxing gloves on...

I am truly disappointed how employers treat their employees! Broken Ac and have them working in the heat. The two employees working still had a great Attitude even though they were sweating. We went to go get them slushies cause that heat was unbearable!

Most disrespectful experience I have ever went through at a subway. Do NOT recommend this location! When in line to order, lady (Michael Jordan earrings) taking our orders starts by asking what I want, when letting her kno, in the middle of her preparing my sub. A tuna, sub, with pepper jack lightly toasted. She then stops to help another customer….isn’t there a line?? Then after helping the other customer, she then puts the sub into the toaster without the cheese? The whole point of putting in the toaster so that cheese will melt. She had no remorse On her mess up. Very poor customer service. And maybe she forgot, but if she didn’t help the customer first and just did what she was supposed to do with my sub and then help them. She might’ve not have made her mistake…
