I’ve been ordering the same subway club sandwich for 10years One would say I’m pretty sure of the meat ingredients as it’s been my preference for so long.A very rude employee named Courtney tried to tell me otherwise..Not only was she rude but has NO CLUE what customer service is. And she immediately did the same to customer ordering the same thing behind me..I’ve been to this Subway before and no problems. She just helped this Subway lose a customer for Life .That is Courtney in case you missed her name.

I ordered my subway through drive through, I spend $20 on a subway that didn’t include the cheese, lettuce, black olives & jalapeños i had asked for.

Only 1 person working during a small rush, needs more employees. Tables and floor where dirty with crumbs and spilt drinks. Fountain drink machine was dirty and the straws and cup lids were no where to be found. Asked about the military discount and she said "Subway is no longer giving military discounts. " It's a shame because for a healthy option instead of greasy fast food, I'd go to subway........not anymore.

Went through the drive-through and the Staff was joking around with each other and then being rude when asking questions about my order. Then she got mad that I had 2 sandwiches to order and not just one ??‍♀️

Scammed, ordered takeout on a rainy day and they took the order. When I arrived an employe said they are closed because there was a leak, and I said that I had an order but they just said sorry and left. So I was robbed of 25 dollars not even offered a refund

Want your order to be wrong? Eat here!They haven't gotten my order right in 4 visits!They throw items you didn't want (or cannot have!) into your order and items are missing all the time.Always short staffed and take forever to get to you.With the other subway just down the street, this location will surely go out of business due to the sheer incompetence of the staff and regional management to get competent employees to do their job properly.

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible service. 1 customer in front of me ordering 2 sandwiches. There were 2 employees. The lady was doing pretty much nothing while the guy attended the people in front. I finally got to order 20 minutes later. Lady burned my sandwiches and took off her mask and gloves to make a phone call to her manager I assume to report oven issue. Right in front of all the food. I do not recommend. Horrible slow service.

Sunday afternoon only 1 person. Had to wait for him to do an online order before taking me. Didn't have a certain cheese and when I asked for all veggies some were left out and some where doubled. First time these happens but all the other times it's better than the other subway near my home.

They always have only one employee. Long waiting times. Also I just went and this employee is not changing gloves between orders, he is charging touching money put on back same gloves and keep on doing sandwiches. Nasty just nasty!!!!

Food is good as always, but plan ahead cause you will spend there at least 30 min even though it's one of the less busy locations I've been to, Oh! and plan for second options because they're always missing one or two ingredients for the menu items.?
