Came in around noon on oct 3rd and ordered an outlaw and the lil employee shorted me cheese on sandwich and found facial hair or head hair in the sandwich and the kids would just play with sandwich and put in each other's face and dare one another to eat the sandwich...we ended up giving the sandwich to the dog after we took the hair out..never going back to this location ever

A lot of kids working , not knowing how to address customers, items not filled when empty (no napkins ) , the cold bar missing items so they have to “get it from the back” . Overall bad attitude and experience

Walked in and was greeted in english then as I began to order the kid there said spanish please. Then he keeps switching back and forth from english to spanish with me and the others that walked in. The sandwich was made with no effort, even seemed as if he was upset and was throwing the meats down on the bread. The sandwich seemed tossed together and didn't have much meat as they normally place nicely together. This particular location needs to hire some adults that know what they are doing. They have kids working here who don’t know what time management means. Tell me why they took 25 minutes for them to make a sandwich for the person in front of me? And then 20 minutes to make mine? We were the only customers here, so it shouldn’t have taken that long. On top of that, not having damn ingredients for the sandwich people will be ordering. Plus having filthy counter tops and back room. Get it together Subway! I will never come to this location again!

I made an online order and it took around twenty minutes to be ready, they were packed so this was understandable. However they didn’t have the right bread for one of the sandwiches and I’m assuming they didn’t have avocado since my sandwich didn’t have any. If you’re going to charge two dollars for it, the least you could do is keep it in stock or let the customer know so they can add something else. Management should know better than to leave only two people to close, it’s unfair to the customers and the employees.
