Waiting in drive through is the worst. I sat there at the speaker without being serviced for 15 minutes. This subway has a reputation of having you wait for along time. Plus, their customer service isn't anything impressive. This location lost its touch.

I got a salad from this location and when I tell you the bowl was half empty and it was dirty in there. Never again next time I’ll save my 10$ for the few pieces of veggies I got smh.

They ignore the drive thru . I was waiting with two other cars and none were ever acknowledged. Even if a worker is busy, there should be a sign or at least some kind of acknowledgement to let us know if they would attend us or not. This location has been like this for years. Poor management.

I love Subway!! It’s always the place to go when I look for something delicious and healthy to eat. The customer service is always outstanding. Every time, I have a question or concern; Ricky Trevino is always there to help me. He’s very positive and has an amazing attitude. He’s always respectful to his staff and customers. My husband and I went in for lunch! We have been to MANY Subways. This has been the BEST experience we have ever had! So welcoming as soon as we came into the door! The atmosphere and energy was amazing! We decided to dine in and eat there! Rick provided excellent customer service and because of this experience we will be going here all the time when we choose to eat Subway!

Order online. I waited until it said ready. Go to the drive -thru window and says is not ready we are next waited 15 mins extra than what the time said “ready”. When I order i asked for less mayo. One sandwich was ok. The second one is like they didn’t even read the instructions it was all wet and a mess of a sandwich. Couldn’t even eat it and it was with the paper all mixed with the food due to the excess of mayo. Over all terrible service
