We've gone to other subways and never get this amazing experience. I'm glad we came to this location, the manager was so nice.
Came an hour and half before closing and the employees made it very clear they were upset they got customers.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. They gave me the wrong sub for dinner, I’m 8mo pregnant and we had to go on base 30mn away, I open it up to eat it and discover it’s wrong. At that point I’m starving and ate half of it and figured the next day I would go back and have them give me the correct one. Last week I went here and they burnt my bread and forget the bacon.
I went inside the store, they said they couldn’t do anything for me because I already ate half of it, even though they gave me the wrong order and I paid for it. They called their manager on their cell phone and she said she wasn’t going to do anything. They told me I could wait for her to maybe come in until til TUESDAY, I’d have to keep that sub festering until then so ‘maybe’ the manger would do the right thing. I left in tears, they kept my food without fixing it or a refund.

This specific subway does not take the cupons we get in the mail. One of their employees literally told me she has been working for that owner for years and he never takes cupons ? I had already ordered my sub and last minute they told me this. Do NOT be deceived by the cupons and this franchise ?

Very clean they greeted me as I walk in the door. They where fast and nice when taking my order even though it got busy they where nice and smile as they worked on my ordered. Thank you for a wonderful experience I enjoy the food as well.
Parking: There was enough space to park between cars and to be able to opean your door and get out with out a hassle.

My experience at the restaurant was fine. I ordered through the app per usual and it works well all the time. However, the real problem was the food. It wasn’t bad, but I am 100% convinced that this restaurant gave me food poisoining. About some days later I started feeling ill with a terrible stomach ache and the usual food poisoining symptompts that i’ll spare the details from. I got it bad, but my younger sister got it worse. After a doctor’s visit, it turns out we contracted salmonella. I’m sure it was this place since it’s the meal we both shared and no one else in our family ate from here. Safe to say we won’t eat here again. Do better.
