I’ve been in here a couple of times day and night, and everyone has been nice and super engaging. There were 2 girls at night that were really nice and 2 dudes during the day that were pleasant to talk too. I saw some reviews about them not having anyone speak Spanish. They don’t owe anything to anyone to speak Spanish. We are in America. Great people and great food. Would definitely go back.

I ordered through the app, so I couldn't watch the employees make my sandwich. They completely messed up my order! How do you mess up a meatball, pepperoni and cheese? Then my spicy Italian was overloaded with veggies, drowned in mustard ( I asked for lite mustard) and items I requested were missing! Im not going to this subway anymore.

This has always been one of the worst subways I have been to. The people are always so rude and don’t know how to handle there mistakes. The lady that had made our sandwiches is named Monica, she was trying to make to sandwich with her own ingredients and wasn’t even listening to the ingredients I had asked for. When I corrected her she seemed upset. She then removed the first layer of the paper the use for the sandwiches and placed them on only the subway wrap. When I brought it up to what seemed like her manager her made it seem like this was something new that subways are doing now. I literally saw this Monica lady make the next person’s sandwich perfectly with no issues and even wrapped the sandwiches correctly with both papers that are supposed to be used. I will be contacting higher ups in regards to this, because they are proceeded to charge me incorrectly for my sons small sandwich

So we had gotten last minute dinner. And my partner is forgetful so I wrote everything down how I wanted it in order as I would of ordered at any location tell me why I only got 4things excuse me 5 including the brown hair I found in the sandwich it self. We both have black hair soooo… u can put two n two together on my veggie delight, no condiments I asked for no guac with a hand written paper they were handed!!! Idk if it’s just laziness or someone can’t read! But I expect a refund for at least my veggie! Delight and teach employees to be more considerate idc how late it is you were givin a job so do it! Unbelievable and this was the only meal we’ve had all day! -10 if u ask me don’t waist ur time here!

I entered and out of 3 employees, no one said hello. After a couple a minutes, one girl said she would be right with me. One gentleman was stocking chips. When it came to making my sandwich, gloves were not changed out. The girl touched everything with the same gloves. One of the toppings she couldnt reach so the other girl stopped making her sandwich to get my toppings. When I was charged, she had the same gloves on. Then, I wanted lemonade. It was pure water. I asked the gentleman stocking chips and he said it was out along with a few others. No signage anywhere. I used to work at Subway and I know this service and experience was not of corporate standards. I threw away the food because I was disgusted at the gloves not being changed out. I was looking forward to my lunch and had to go somewhere else, wasting food and time.

I asked for bell peppers and sweet teriyaki sauce and was given mayo and cucumber. Two completely different things. How do you mess that up!?!?!

If you want rude service, messed up sandwiches this is the place to go otherwise stay away. Ordered a Mexicali and a #20 for my husband. They asked multiple times what goes on them bc they didn't know. Slamed the window on us and Still got it wrong and charged extra for things that were included. When we opened both sandwiches up they were literally just lettuce and cheese and chicken. Im not even kidding. Nothing we ordered. And when I brought it back inside I was met with rudeness and eye rolls and sighing. if I could give 0 stars i would.

I ordered on the app and it’s been TWO hours and NOTHING. I ordered for delivery. Not even a confirmation just pending on their end and I can’t even call the store BECAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER!!! GIVE MR MY RFUND!!
