The owner overcharges and tries to steal. Terrible service and everyone knows this is the worst Subway in El Paso. Do not go! Takes advantage of elderly customers and is very rude!

I wanted to share my awesome experience at Subway, we just got home from a getaway this weekend stopped at this Subway for dinner for the first time. I am so impressed!! Super clean and updated. My sandwich was amazing. I was so impressed with the representatives that served us they were both very friendly and greeted us when we walked in with a smile. Especially Lisa. Great job young ladies. It is not often you meet a young staff members that are well trained and fast. Definitely coming back to this subway!
Of course the food is good but the service was excellent. The lady at the front was friendly and curious.
Vegetarian options: It's Subway. You can have it with or without meat.
Dietary restrictions: Diabetic friendly.
Parking: Lots of space.

I got the very best customer service from by a color "black" lady! She was the sweeties lady every! She gets a 100 of a 10, I would go there again, the place was clean also! She served me the way I wanted, that's the kind of place/service/ person we need in all the restaurants! I went around 4:30 or 5;30 pm, on April 6 2024! Keep up the good job young ladies and thank you! I went inside the lobby to order! Everything was fresh! Sorry that I didn't get there name but by the time and date I went, they should know! She was beautiful in ❤️!

Went in to the lobby near closing and was attended by Maya and Lisa who were extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to fulfill my order! My family and I couldn't be more thankful for their customer service!
