I went to pick up an order and the drive through speaker wasn't working well so l wasn't able to hear the person inside so the lady working waved my sandwich outside the window so I pulled up then she basically threw it at me then proceeded to slam the window in my face AND rolled her eyes at me. I would never come here again if she's still working there. Nobody has ever been rude at this subway except this one lady but I didn't catch her name but she was older and based off the other reviews I’m guessing she’s probably the manager.

Do not get the festive turkey sandwich from here it is disgusting, my dog wouldn't even eat it. When I called to tell them, the response was dismissive arrogance. Totally awful experience from this Subway. I will NEVER EVER eat here again!!! I wasted my money.

Ordered a footlong BLT sandwich, which only had 4 pieces of bacon. Disappointing when the main protein in a sandwich is barely noticeable. Employees were nice but lacked training on the quantity. Subway is off of my list of places to eat.... Sad!!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be addressed. I visited this Subway location and was extremely disappointed by the service I received. The older woman working at the time was very rude and clearly lacked basic customer service skills.
As a business owner myself, I know firsthand how important it is to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and her tone was dismissive and impatient throughout the entire interaction.
Customer service is the foundation of any successful business, and this kind of attitude can really damage your reputation. I hope management sees this and takes the necessary steps to ensure all employees are properly trained and understand the importance of respectful customer interactions.
People come in for more than just a sandwich—they come for a decent experience. This visit fell far short of that.
Every time we get lunch at this location, the manager (an older lady who usually works during the day) is extremely rude. This isn’t just a one-time thing, it’s been going on for about two years now. It’s honestly crazy that no one has addressed it.
Subway isn’t cheap, and to be treated with such a horrible attitude every single time is unacceptable. Something really needs to be done about the way customers are being treated here.

Horrible place to get sandwiches. I asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me. They don’t have a clue how to make a sandwich. The sandwich tasted sour. My 6 year old grandson said his tasted awful too. The bread was extremely hard and not fresh. Save yourself some money and go get a Jersey Mike’s.

The food was good. The older manager lady working there came off to me very rude when I was ordering 3 sandwiches to go. I was trying to be polite asking one of the employees how their day is going while he’s working on my order and the manager (I guess her name is Rita after looking at all the other reviews) tells me “You need to shut up and let him work!” Never coming back to this place again if y’all aren’t gonna be courteous to customers

I visited your store recently and ordered a footlong sandwich, asking if the meat could be placed on just one half of the bread. The employee helping me was kind but seemed unsure about the request, so she turned to another staff member named Rita for clarification.
Rita then told me that it would be considered two 6-inch sandwiches and that I’d be charged accordingly. I asked why, since it was still a single footlong with all the meat simply placed on one side. She insisted it was two sandwiches and said one would be considered double meat.
When I expressed confusion — since I’ve made this same request at several other Subway locations without any issues — Rita responded, “If you don’t like it, you can leave,” and added, “Try going to another Subway and see if they’ll do it.”
I was genuinely shocked by this response. I’ve never been asked to leave a restaurant before, especially not over such a simple request.
I did end up leaving and let Rita know that she didn’t seem very happy in her job, and I wished her a nice day. I then went to another Subway nearby, made the exact same request, and was helped without any problem — the staff there were friendly and accommodating.
I’m sharing this experience because it was disappointing and felt unnecessarily hostile. I hope this feedback can help improve the customer service experience at this
