Terrible service and terrible sandwiches, i do believe the new workers here are not doing their job correctly. I ordered twice within 3 days, and the sandwiches came back so bad. One of them was soaked on oil, and the second one has almost no tuna on it! The manager working there she needs to do a better job.

I have been coming to this Subway location for over 20 years, it is very close to my office. I have never been treated so badly by a cashier ever in my life. I was there this past Monday 6-3-24 at 12:30pm, and when it was my turn the cashier said she had to turn off the system for some reason, and even her manager told her it was unnecessary. She has done this before, only when it's my turn. It was very offensive to me. I have been a loyal customer for over 2 decades and this is how Subway treats me, it absolutely horrible treatment of there own customers. Not only did I bring it up to the manager and she did nothing, she also replied " ya she has a bad attitude" , and let her treat other customers very poorly in front of me, I was shocked. That this behavior be allowed, almost encouraged by the manager. I asked to talk to her supervisor above her and Crystal did not have a very good attitude either when I told her about what happened to Me twice. Subway really needs to work on their customer service at this location, it is very offensive to let your employees treat the customers so horribly.

This subway use to be better im assuming maybe there was a change in management. There is often new people so I assume they don't stay very long. I only go there because it's closest to me but I might consider the one further down the street. There is a young lady there that is so rude. I had an online order that was made wrong and I guess she proceeded to correct it but did not acknowledge me or apologize she just made it and handed it to me like nothing.

I walk in to a woman rude as hell then i saw rat poop in the corners behind the chips and a dead roach under the table i walked right out. This business is looking like being shut down.

I ordered Uber eats from here. 1. The food was OLD. The veggies and chicken were clearly old. 2. I was missing an item from my order. 3. They didn’t even make my sandwich the way I ordered it. Overall, this location seems to lack quality in their ingredients by using old food and they don’t care to double check their orders to see that they got it correctly. Do not order from this location. Go to other locations.

Subway Piedras y Montana in El Paso Texas is the worst, the pepper jack cheese is the cheapest, they should close this restaurant, they don't provide the same quality product as the other Subways, they are just burning them, disgusting restaurant
