The ladies working Today was absolutely adorable! I told them how the subway by the university were being so rude to me and canceled my order because they didn't honor what the app had offered! The girls here at this location gave me an apology and made everything so much better! Thank you again ladies!!

No refills??? It’s fountain soda. I already paid for the meal. Two six inches with chips and soda should not be $30. I can’t wait for Subway to go out of business.

Wheelchair accessibility: Although there was a not so nice lady parked in the ramp, it is very wheelchair accessible!

At first everything was good. Service was good, food was good, atmosphere felt great. After some time manager MARIA started getting mad about the fact I was doing MY SURVEYS for cookies. To the point that manager Maria asked me if I had different emails (for what) and that I could only do one per week. I’m a frequent customer. I go there every other day. Subway offers that free cookie in exchange of a survey, to top it off I would always give them 5 stars. So I made some research, subway does not have a limit for survey entries. Thats the first thing that threw me off. TODAY, I walked in with my buddy to get us a footlong, everything was going good until I asked for a cup for water. To which I was told by a different person that they didn’t have any for water to just grab one of the regular ones. So we did, after a minute into my meal manager Maria pretends to be cleaning tables near my table and says oh. I only charged you for one cup. To which I replied, I was told I could just grab it for water. Then she responded: you need to pay for it. Without even checking if it was used for water or not. I replied, Okay I’ll pay no worries. She went straight to the register and back. Stood in front of my table and said: its 2 dlls and change. I was still eating, I was not done yet, I had food in my mouth. I responded “yeah. I’ll pay right now…” Just rude, non professional attitude. Its not about the cup charge. Its about Maria making it uncomfortable. She stuck thinking that I’m committing some kind of rip off after the cookie surveys that had to chase me down for a cup and asked me to pay it while I was still eating. Ridiculous.

The best Subway location that I have been to. Food is prepared perfectly, instructions are followed on the orders, and the staff is really helpful. I recommend this subway if you're in the area.

The ordering method is confusing. When paying by card, the information is in Japanese so it is easy to understand.

Unbelievably Terrible. Might as well go thru drive thru, inside takes forever and the only tend to drive thru faster

They Don’t not accept all coupons. I could not use my buy one get free coupon. Which would have been useful. Plus all this coupons come in the mail . So why Promote such a thing and don’t accept all coupons. Bad business. I took my business downtown subway . Don’t go here , it’s a waste of time .
Went in this morning, the employees were very pleasant! I was in and out quick! The best subway location on the west side.
Always consistent excellent customer service. The whole staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. I love this place!
