This shop was very suspect. The lettuce was starting to brown, the tomatoes were looking very dark and dry. They don’t take very much pride in appearance or presentation. For sure my last visit.

Had an excellent meatball sub that I customized in a unique way for the first time and it has immediately became my to go to favorite sandwich from there next to a tuna sub or Italian BMT. 10/10

Food looks like they haven't changed it out the service looks like they don't even want you in their restaurant like it's a bother when you walking in and start asking if they have something things cause it seems they only make white bread and sometimes have certain meats out co-workers have their friends eating in there cussing and being rude while customers are trying to order I've had this happen more than one occasion not only this but I left my wallet behind and when I went back after getting home which is a minute down the road they said they can't review the cameras for four days being it was Friday I had to wait till Monday but apon asking for phone numbers for corporate they hand me false numbers

We ordered online , they were missing several things. When we picked up the food they gave us a really bad attitude, specially when pointing out to them that our order was missing something. Very rude employees.

The person who was helping the day off my visit was friendly & my sandwich was good. I planned to eat in, but there weren't but 3 tables, of which one was occupied by other customers, the other set didn't have any chairs at all and the high table was occupied by a member of management doing paperwork. I had no choice but to eat my meal in my vehicle as I was between patients and not near my home.

Online orders are not made on time until you actually show up for the order. Horrible customer service, employee didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in and kept stacking chips. Employees constantly have friends hanging around and we have to wait till they finish their conversation to assist us. There should be a manager onsite ensuring employees look presentable and are following all food handler policies .

Went to this subway, got in line and the attendant says I have to place the order online. I'm like I'm right here, you are right here, why can't I place the order her. She said because you have to do it online. I just happened to be waiting on my replacement phone in the mail. Since when does Subway require you to place all or any orders online?

Had a sign on the door that said they were on break…for an hour…that’s how long me and my sister waited. Some random people came out of the store not in uniform either-I doubt this is supposed to be allowed…I mean an hour? Plus who were those random people that came out giggling and sped off??
