I stopped by Summer Moon this morning, and the experience was unprofessional enough that it deserves management’s attention. The staff working during that time were loudly talking about personal topics, including inappropriate conversations, and their behavior came off more like a hangout than a workplace. The constant loud laughing was disruptive and didn’t match the atmosphere a café should have.What stood out even more was the lack of sanitation. While engaged in their conversations, the counters and work areas weren’t being cleaned between customers, and it didn’t seem like cleanliness was a priority at all. It raised concerns about hygiene and overall standards.I don’t usually leave reviews, but the behavior during that time reflected poorly on the business. Hopefully management addresses it, because the café has potential but the staff on that shift created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment.

I did love this place. But unfortunately I changed my mind when, I got treated the way I did. I am I former employee for this establishment. And let's just say. They pick their favorites. I could say a few things about this place. But maybe it's best if I just leave this review for the people to make the judgement. From my bad review. There are reasons that I would say I made this review but there is one manager whom stuck up for me. And that's why I'll just keep it at this. Something's not adding up with this establishment.

We went this past Sunday Nov. 2, 2025. Was not impressed with the customer service. The girl (barista) was rude and didn’t really answer our questions about the coffee. Plus she kept playing with her hair while she was taking our order which is very unsanitary. While making our order she continued to touch her hair and her face and never washed her hands to make the coffee. My matcha was very light with more moon milk than matcha. The other drinks we bought were decent with a side of dandruff and skin cells in from the barista.

the matcha latte has gone down significantly in quality, so bummed because i used to love it! it’s now just mainly milk with a dash of matcha powder for $7, almost $8. the quality doesn’t match the price tag unfortunately /: be mindful when ordering matcha from here.

For some reason El Paso doesn't seem to have a lot of coffee shops that are large, quiet, open, and good for studying. This place is! A good cup of coffee with a nice sweetness to it. Plus they have some pretty good options for food. I enjoy their burritos! Wish it was a bit closer to central el paso.

Went for what I thought was a quick latte run through the drive thru but instead I waited over ten behind a vehicle that was just chit chatting with the girl that works the drive thru passing the customers phone back and forth laughing. Coffee isn’t that good to wait for over 20 mins in the car lol not to mention she messed up on my order.
