I ordered a honey vanilla latte and it was delicious! Not too sweet, not too bitter. Would definitely return when at the mall.

The lady who works there was very nice and the drinks were good. Can’t speak about the cats much because we didn’t go in the room but cute little place

I was shocked that a 1-year-old was charged an entrance fee. The facility was poorly maintained, overcrowded, and lacked timed entry slots to manage capacity. The small, disorganized, and dirty room had 7–8 people crammed in. The facility should limit the number of people allowed in the room at one time. The cats were uninterested in interacting unless you purchased a $1 treat (plus tax). It was a disappointing experience, and we left after just 15 minutes.

I want to start off by saying how I love that this cat café exist, I always wanted to go to one and now I am able to! The cats are so adorable and it's so fun spending time with them. However the customer service here isn't that good, the times that I've gone there's this staff member named Megan who is rude. I wish the service was better because that would make the overall experience better than how it was.

Took my daughter and two of her friends to celebrate her birthday. The girls loved it! Friendly staff and my latte was really good

I finally made it to spend time with the kitties. They’re so adorable and playful. A couple were mostly napping but still petted them. I just looove cats but can’t really adopt right now since we’re moving but just spending time like makes me happy. Would definitely come back!
Also customer service was great.

My teens love to come get their cat 🐈‍⬛ cuddle time on here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I think cat cafe's are such a great idea.

The friendliness of the staff was ok. The drinks weren't good and the room is very small. My kids had fun but won't come back again. Spent $50 for 4ppl to pet cats for one hour. The treat bags are tiny with like 5 little treats in it. I been to a dog and cat cafe in Korea before and expected this one not being that small. They don't even have a sink to wash your hands before you get in and after you get out.

Finally made it today (threading the needle on the dust storms!) A great little place to give some love and treats to needy kitties. Some are a little skittish but that’s understandable. One big ole tabby laid down next to me and put his paw over my sneaker. One lil white and orange kitty gave me a head butt. Cats know cat people, I guess! Friendly staff. Quiet setting.

My daughter was very excited to be able to spend time with the cats. When I went to pay, they asked me how old she was and I told them 11 years old. When they told me that an adult had to go in with her, I inform them that I can’t because I'm asthmatic! The tiny space is literally surrounded by windows where I can see her at all times. If I could give them 0 stars as a review I would, but Google only allows me 1! People in East El Paso, don't waste your time coming to Solana. No wonder they're bankrupt! Thank you for making my daughter cry. Well done! NOT KID FRIENDLY AT ALL! Just crazy cat ladies!!!

I love coming here! The staff honestly really cares about the cats and you can tell. The cats are well taken care of and able to live a peaceful existence despite having people coming in and out! I’m happy to support small businesses in El Paso that do a huge service to our community and helping relieve the feral cat community population. I always recommend people coming here.

I was excited to bring my toddler here because he loves cats (has one of his own) & upon entering we’re looking around the for sale items when the shop employee or owner says “first time here?” & I kindly respond with “yes, it actually is” she proceeds to say “prices on the door”… I was already turned off with the lack of customer service but I still asked if the price included toddlers as in my son and her literal response was “he’s a person isn’t he?” I looked at her & let her know her response was very rude & explained that a lot of places allow toddlers for free. She’s obviously child-less & has something against children & family’s because what a horrid way to respond for no reason at all.

Was visiting the city from Michigan and was thrilled to find a cat cafe in a mall. I wish i had gotten the staff name but she gave a nice welcomy vibe, like a grandmother. I ordered the london fog tea, my first time trying and got to drink it while i was hanging out with the cats. The experience (and tea) was magical. It was also great that the mall was empty at the time so it was relaxing. I can imagine that with the huge windows and very small store, on a busy day it would have been more stressful
