My daughter was very excited to be able to spend time with the cats. When I went to pay, they asked me how old she was and I told them 11 years old. When they told me that an adult had to go in with her, I inform them that I can’t because I'm asthmatic! The tiny space is literally surrounded by windows where I can see her at all times. If I could give them 0 stars as a review I would, but Google only allows me 1! People in East El Paso, don't waste your time coming to Solana. No wonder they're bankrupt! Thank you for making my daughter cry. Well done! NOT KID FRIENDLY AT ALL! Just crazy cat ladies!!!

I love coming here! The staff honestly really cares about the cats and you can tell. The cats are well taken care of and able to live a peaceful existence despite having people coming in and out! I’m happy to support small businesses in El Paso that do a huge service to our community and helping relieve the feral cat community population. I always recommend people coming here.

I was excited to bring my toddler here because he loves cats (has one of his own) & upon entering we’re looking around the for sale items when the shop employee or owner says “first time here?” & I kindly respond with “yes, it actually is” she proceeds to say “prices on the door”… I was already turned off with the lack of customer service but I still asked if the price included toddlers as in my son and her literal response was “he’s a person isn’t he?” I looked at her & let her know her response was very rude & explained that a lot of places allow toddlers for free. She’s obviously child-less & has something against children & family’s because what a horrid way to respond for no reason at all.

Was visiting the city from Michigan and was thrilled to find a cat cafe in a mall. I wish i had gotten the staff name but she gave a nice welcomy vibe, like a grandmother. I ordered the london fog tea, my first time trying and got to drink it while i was hanging out with the cats. The experience (and tea) was magical. It was also great that the mall was empty at the time so it was relaxing. I can imagine that with the huge windows and very small store, on a busy day it would have been more stressful

My husband & I love animals & never knew we could actually interact with the kitties here. We finally decided to go in & check it out. The cats are playful & very sweet.

The ladies working at the one in El Paso discriminate against children with Autism. We have gone multiple times and each time they have been ruder and ruder. My daughter has difficulty waiting, but is fine once we get in. They lied today like we don't know the breaks are scheduled that they would let people in whenever the cats wake up. Then when we came back at 2 (15 minutes later) said they were booked until 230 even there were only 3 people there. Someone needs to educate them on ADA before they get sued because I have told them in the past she is autistic and she has never done anything while with the cats that would make this treatment okay. It's total discrimination.

We went to see the cats today and we were in the window. My kids were not knocking on the window but they were touching the glass. The guy working today said: Do not touch the glass because you are going to leave fingerprints all over. He was really rude to my 5 year old. The worst part is that there were other kids on the other side touching the glass but he didn’t say anything to them.

Amazing service, I’m glad I adopted from Sun City Cafe!I adopted former “Sweet Pea” now “Luna” back in January, I was told she was a special case due to skittish, shy behavior. After 2 months of adjusting and much patience, Luna is doing amazing! Thank you for making the adoption process easy!
