Sunny’s Sushi has several locations - this is the one by Woodrow Bean Transmountain. My husband and I went for dinner the night before Valentine’s Day fully expecting there would be a long wait. We were seated right away and I love the atmosphere. From the outside, it looks small but that’s definitely not the case. Our server was very attentive throughout. Came for the dessert here looking for a tasty snack and was not disappointed! The lava cake was nice and rich with a warm center and fried ice cream pairs well with a crunchy shell and ice cream middle. Our server Isaac was very attentive and welcoming which topped off our experience.
I am a frequent visitor of Sunny’s, the food is always delicious. We never have to wait to be served, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. One of my favorite restaurants in El Paso.
