We've enjoyed dining at this location since they opened. Usually the food is very well prepared and perfectly cooked. This time the chicken was mostly dry and scorched throughout, with about 33% of it burnt. But the seasoning was still very good and I just dipped it into their ginger dressing to offset the dryness and cover the burnt part. My husband and I had lunch at Sunny’s sushi Gateway. I was very impressed with the decor and atmosphere. Mari's server greeted us at the door and sat us at a table right away. My husband ordered a bento box and I had the same. And our food was great and delicious. Mari did an awesome job as our waitress. Never had to ask for anything, drinks stayed refilled and she brought out takeout boxes. She is what customer service is all about. Anna, the owner, went out of her way...
Great food, great atmosphere, bad service. High prices and bad service. I don't see the value in visiting when you spend between $80 and $100 for a meal and drinks, good service should accompany the visit. I won't be coming back
