I set up a reservation online which never stated I had to call to confirm reservation and received confirmation email. They gave our table up to a party that was known by the manager. No solution. No apology. Shifted blame onto me for not calling and setting up the reservation on-line.

This place is an absolute 10/10. The service is always on point. The servers know what to suggest depending on what you ask, the manager is gracious and courteous. Overall, I would definitely recommend. They even allow dogs (well mannered) on the patio and brought my chihuahua a water bowl as well as served her tacos😃

Food was so amazing. My tastebuds were so happy! Had the lunch special tacos and omg!!!! We enjoyed to the fullest. Also had the churros and omg delicious

I parked illegally in front during sand storm. A super cool police officer was laughing.

Overall great food and atmosphere. Super kind waiters. Alexis the chef did a great job. Very friendly and a great chef. I had the steak and lobster. All of the food and presentation was amazing. Hot green tea and Belgium chocolate cake rounded out the meal quite nicely. Is expensive but worth the price

Hostesses don't know what they're doing. And it took 20 minutes to get waters and service. Food was just ok, it came out cold. It's a very small space too, I would only recommend only to singles that would want to sit at the bar. Date night would be awful. Family gatherings even worse.
Alex the Head Chef was amazing! We told him about wife’s allergies and he was kind enough to come out and accommodate my wife with alternative meals. And trust me He didn’t miss a beat! Our chef at the table Kitty was awesome as well! Very kind and sweet! Last but not least, Alice our server was terrific! She was very knowledgeable and was very attentive to our table. Definitely recommend asking for these group of stars when dining in!

I had a really mixed experience here. My server, Kenya, was really great and friendly and explained the menu to us as it was our first time dining there. She had a great attitude and seemed very sincere with her apologies for the rest of the dinner. Unfortunately she was the best part of that experience. The manager seemed to have rushed my table by explaining the menu again and giving us his recommendations even when we mentioned that our server had already done it possibly 5 minutes prior. It definitely made us feel rushed. Our server had explained to us that it was an open kitchen experience and that some food would come out earlier than others and we were ok with that. The problem was that the food did take very long to come out and it came out cold. It seemed to be a reoccurring problem because our server did not seem surprised by it. She offered to heat up our food but I don't ever send back food. Both of our "recommend " and "seasonal" dishes were cold. The taste was good but it's hard to just overlook the dishes temperature. For the time waited, price range, and the atmosphere, we were expecting much better quality. I really want to drive in the fact that our server really was the best part of this place.

Definitely my favorite place for sushi in El Paso. But MANY items on the menu I recommend the sunomono salad, wagyu burger, chicken karaage, salmon sanuki, salmon tostada, shishito peppers and ANY sushi roll of course. You won’t regret it!

Good food, terrible customer service. The waiter, Jeremy, came across a bit rude and hostile after we tipped him $10.00, which was 10% of the bill. I’ve worked in restaurants myself and understand the hustle so my family usually leaves 15-18% of the tip at least. But Jeremy only had two tables that night and never checked on us if we needed anything, he kept messing up our orders, and was even a little rude because we decided to pay with a different card. The guy serving us water was honestly the one that helped us with everything. So he comes back and insists on how the service was because he was claiming his “manager” was asking him for feedback every time he received a low tip (or 10%). My dad mentioned how small his sushi was, to which the waiter then proceeded to lecture my dad about communication and that if he had communicated that to him, then the tip would probably be higher. I then proceeded to tell him the issue wasn’t the sushi, but that we felt like he didn’t even check up on us once. He then said “just so you know, we have a reservation coming in soon” Mind you, the restaurant was completely empty except for a couple of tables.and our table was right next to the restroom.
