3 times in a row I pay for extra creamy jalapeno sauce on my quesadilla and they give less than what normally comes on there. I specifically told the woman about this tonight and they still ripped me off. If I'm paying 75 cents extra just put it on there. How hard is that???

I hadn’t been here in a while. I just went and I was looking at the menu for literally a minute or less, and the staff here are the most rude I’ve ever encountered. I will never return here. I ended up not ordering and leaving immediately. If I could give it zero stars I would. I am in shock how terrible customer services is these days and just manners in general, people are so rude! They were rushing me to order. The girl was incredibly rude, and talking to me as if I was stupid. I understand the world is not easy for anyone these days but at least be kind to one another. I refuse to go to any Taco Bell ever again because of this experience.

Disappointed! We picked Taco Bell for my husbands Birthday. Big wastte of money. My husband did not enjoy his Birthday dinner. Upsetting. We eat there often because is one of the best places to eat.

Very bad customer service! The manager is very rude and you can hear her yelling from behind the counter. They got my order wrong and the manager did not handle the situation in a respectful manner. It was a very unpleasant experience as a paying customer!

Very, very bad experience, my daughter went taco Bell at Zaragoza employees in the front desk are very worst I’ve seen in my life very rude they are only there for a paycheck. They have no business been in the front because not friendly, no smiles they’re there like they’re in a funeral Customer service sucks. Taco Bell needs to retrain their employees how to be kind. Kindness goes along way very disappointed the worst employees, rude, rude very professional customer service sucks! The best Taco Bell is the one Lee Trevino very kind people not like these morons!!!! My son went to pick up an order last night and these employees treated him like dirt, gave him the wrong order but the guy there was dismissive when my son was trying to tell him, and then had the audacity to call security on him. If I could I would give this place 0 stars. He was being judged or stereotyped for no reason. Never going back. Don't work late if you can't handle it. Simple.
What can I say, it's taco bell. I used to love eating there when I was single but now, for a few dollars more I can take the family to eat at an authentic Mexican restaurant...minus the Baja blast 😔

On March 22 about 2pm. Had an issue with my order through the app. Basically a wrong location. Manager on duty was extremely rude, Acted like he didn't know his job, which is customer service! I had to call a different location in order to get any kind information to fix my situation.

Don't go to this one. Ordered here by accident and kept calling, they don't answer. When they finally did they guy hung up on me, then when I called again he picked up and left the phone off the hook. I could hear them in the background so it was obvious he just put the phone down. I will be filing a charge back for this.

If i could give it a rating of zero I would. The worst customer service. Do not come here. The female cook who was on shift 12/12/24 at around 6:30pm was rude and taking about me in Spanish not aware that I spoke Spanish too. She made my order wrong on which I asked nicely asked her there was a mistake, she rudely took away the taco from her co worker and tossed it to the trash mad. After tu received my hard shell taco she smashed it and made a poor job adding the ingredients. I ordered there and I was trying to explain to her that I was missing green salsa that I paid for and she was rude telling me I was wrong when clearly I had my receipt but she didn’t bother to look instead she was rude and spoke in Spanish about me not knowing I could understand her. I don’t think someone with such customer service should be preparing peoples food her bad energy can definitely transfer to customers and create a bad experience . I definitely won’t be coming back here I’m disappointed in her behavior I don’t appreciate people mishandling my food that way either.. rude and poor customer service.
