This is the second time I've ordered on the app and the food isn't ready when I go to pick it up. I love 13 minutes away and I order before leaving. Three items should definitely be ready in 13 minutes when the app tells me to head over. And the staff is unprofessional. I get they are young but customer service can go a long way when dealing with annoyances from the store.

First time I tried the $7 box, the dorito taco is filled w lettuce & the shell fell apart 1st bite; chalupa is about the same mostly lettuce, no flavor,, the burrito half as decent,, dumped mostly tortilla & lettuce,, left hungry. People walked in right before 10 & were turned away,, little do they know, did them a favor! Hours of operation posted 7a - 11 pm,, not the case. Poor service,, below standard food. Guess that's why this place is always dead. Not ever having this again.

One of the managers by the bane of "Emmy" refused to take my gift card payment because she required to take my cash payment first before swiping my gift card. I was like, "No. Take my gift card balance. Then I'll pay cash with whatever is owed." She still refused and proceeded to not finish my order. Just rude!!!

Please be careful when ordering online for takeout. They got part of my order wrong and also the cinnamon twists tasted oily, bitter and not even sweet. (Normally they taste good) I didn't think I'd have to make sure my food tasted good before leaving the restaurant. They didn't even give me the sauce I had asked for either. I went back so they could fix it and they still got it wrong lol I don't think they even pay attention to things smh. Other taco bells do better than this one especially the one on Viscount

I’ve gone 3 times to this Taco Bell. Website says closes at 12am. There’s 3-4 cars waiting in line at 11pm. No one takes your order and if you go to the window the workers just make fun of you and ignore you. Either change your hours or talk to your workers.
