I usually don’t do this, but the experience was so horrible that I had to let everyone know to not come here. We were missing five items that we ordered and the whole order was wrong. They took about 30 minutes to give us our food and it was all cold.

Order was placed online through the app, and when I arrived the store was closed. I’ve tried numerous times to get a refund and have been ignored. Their customer service is as fake as the meat they use in their tacos.

Very bad girl at the drive through cashier named cynthia, we gived her a 20$ bill and she only put 10$. We waited there for a long time because she had to count the box of money and even though they said they did not have the money, we talked to the manager and same thing very rude people in here??

Poor customer service, girl asked what was my order and literally placed the bag in my car. Asked for a STEAK chalupa & wasn’t even steak it was the same meat as the tacos. Taco’s & chalupa were cold not even fresh. You have one job.

Ordered 2 chicken quesadillas, 1 chicken quesadilla combo (comes with a drink and a crunchy taco, and an extra crunchy taco. Did not receive our drink, the 2 crunchy tacos were like a teaspoon of meat and then rest was all lettuce. The 3 quesadillas were basically just tortillas with enough cheese to hold the 2 sides together but not enough you can see anything actually in them. What a waste of money! Would not recommend this taco bell to anyone ever!

Why do they always send people to park ahead of the drive thru for their order? They forgot about me for almost half an hour, and didn’t remember my order. The cashier took my payment and didn’t give me a receipt. They have to stop hiring high school kids and take some customer service training ….. I won’t be coming here again and I know they don’t care about one customer…. But hopefully more people stop coming here too ??
