This Taco Bell always has a strange vibe. One day it feels like they’re mowing the grass, the next like they’re doing math homework. Walking in is like stepping into someone’s house after they left the door open—you’re not sure if you should say “hi” or just leave. Even getting a simple greeting feels awkward, like you’re intruding.When all I want, is a bean burrito.

Paid for a box, a crispy chicken burrito and the $10 tender meal. They made me wait for the chicken. When I finally get it and open my food they only gave me 2 tenders. The tenders looked like they took the third one for the wrap and the even wrap had one cold, dry chicken tender inside. I never had 4 tenders but I had to rush back to work. So disappointed I had to leave and call to complain. when I called nobody answered. It was mid day there’s no excuse for the horrible service and lack of quality food. Also be careful they filled the drink with ice to the brim to skim on drink

Bad experience ordering through the kiosk. They did not follow the instructions of how we customized our order. They barely put any meat on the crunch wrap supreme. It's disappointing when you are expecting good food and get mediocre food.

I’ve never had an issue eating at Taco Bell until now.
Forcing customers to use a glitchy, confusing self-order kiosk with poorly functioning AI is a major step in the wrong direction.
Ordering food shouldn’t feel like troubleshooting a broken system.
If this is the future of fast food, I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.

Today the taco shells were stale and gross. They were probably leftovers from the night before. Service was fast, but thats probably cause the tacos were old.
Fast friendly service. Gave it a 2 star on service because I ordered 3 meals and got sick packs of sauces when I had asked for extra. Girl was talkative with someone out of sight from the drive through window and her attention to me was about a 2. And, I'm sorry but I use at least 2 packs per taco. Usually this location has great customer service so could have just been a newbie.

I have had the opportunity to visit this place on different occasions and staff is laking customer service skills. No greeting customers, not going to the cashier the moment the see someone entering the building, etc. It might be a good idea for franchises to take a look into this.
