Why do we call it “fast food” or “drive thru” when 50% of my orders result in being told to park? It was an order for 3 items, it’s not like I ordered party packs of tacos. This has happened for months. It’s pretty sad that we can’t make an order quickly any more. Don’t know if it’s under staffing or some new play to show a lower time per car by this location, but it’s bs. I can make the food at home if I have to sit in the parking lot for 10-15m after driving all the way here.

After 10 minutes waiting for a mobile pick up I got home to no beef on my nachos. Really inconvenient and annoying.

My entire order was very poorly made , I asked for my tacos to be supreme and they really just squirted a pinch of sour cream ! The beef has such a small amount ! Taco Bell ain’t cheap to make tacos like this never going back so dissapointed

Placed an order online at 720 pm. Went to pick it up at 745 pm and wasn't ready. I was asked to park in the front and it would be brought out to me. Well I go into work at 8 pm and its now 753 pm and still no order. Just horrible service especially since I placed the order online to hopefully have it ready in a decent time.

You’re better off not picking up your DoorDash orders here as a Dasher. Every time I pick up orders here, I wait 20+ minutes. They seem to put couriers at the lowest priority. The wait time was abysmal today. I was waiting nearly 45 minutes, as well as other drivers that were picking up orders. I understand the store gets busy, but that’s a pretty unacceptable amount of time to be waiting for an order you need to deliver by a certain time.

Absolutely garbage customer service, I waited in line to order for almost 10 minutes in full view of the kitchen making eye contact with multiple people working and Noone came to take my order. I finally had enough and walked out If I could give zero stars I would. Just wanted to say garbage customer service is a reflection of garbage leadership whoever is the manager should be ashamed of themselves I have half a mind to contact corporate

I was there on November 11, around 11:30am. I ordered two 7 layer burritos and 2 cheese and bean burritos. All 4 burritos were cheese and bean with jalapeño sauce when I requested none. The customer service here has always been good to me but when I returned to get my order corrected, the lady with glasses acted like I was an inconvenience. I told her what happened and she just took the food, threw it in the trash and went to make my order. No apologies or anything. There's a man that works there with a nose ring, he always goes above and beyond with customer service. To go from that to what I experienced today is a big difference. You guys need more people like the man with the nose ring and less people like the lady with glasses.
