I’m disappointed with my experience today. This was supposed to be my fast-food treat day, and my order was not made correctly. I ordered two Doritos Supreme tacos, but what I received were the regular versions instead, missing the “supreme” ingredients I paid for. While the whole order wasn’t wrong, a significant part of it was, and it left me feeling like attention to detail just wasn’t there.
I understand mistakes happen, but this seems to happen often in El Paso restaurants, where orders feel rushed and customers don’t get what they actually ordered. I hope management takes this seriously and makes sure staff double-check orders before handing them out. Customers shouldn’t have to feel frustrated after paying for something they didn’t receive. Also they don’t answer the phone, so I will be going down there tomorrow.

It's 9:30 p.m. and we just left Taco Bell. We were told that they don't have any items that are fried?!
This same exact thing happened a few months ago so we had to go to the different location on transmountain, much better service and they had everything available on the menu
I don't know how true the statement was that the employees gave however it did seem as they were saying there was no fried items in order to get the restaurant clean and possibly shut down faster for the night being that it was Sunday. Guess we'll find out tomorrow morning when I call

Almost every time I go to order food at night (10:30pm or later) their card machine is down and they are only taking exact change because “they don’t have any change to give back”, doesn’t matter if it’s hours before they actually close. it’s always the same employee where this happens. I understand working night shifts are hard but to be that lazy to where you use the same excuse over and over again. The guy working there is getting paid to stand around and do nothing, not because they don’t have customers but because he’s lazy. Actually ridiculous. This is the only taco bell I have this issue with.

Rude employees. Horrible customer service. Take forever just to take your order. Did it faster through the app. By the time I gavem my name my order was already ready. Nachos & tacos were soggy.
smh didn’t even give me sauce or the correct drink. seems like the workers get petty for having to do their job. drink is good tho i guess

This tacobell is a Huge HIT or MISS Sometimes my food is cooked to perfection then other times, it's soft and almost near cold. I usually order Uber eats from here, because it's the closet location. Recently I ordered the Meal for 4. I don't know who prepared my order, but they had the nerve and the audacity to give me two small cheese quesadillas with only 3 pieces. I've ordered the Meal for 4 more than once, and they've always been a fair size, with enough pieces. This time it was smaller than normal. I was quite upset about that, because this stuff is not cheap. I'm spending money on Uber eats just to get a smaller portion than what is advertised. I've also had a previous order at night, and my food came soft and not grilled. I was annoyed by that as well. Another commenter did mention that their grill stops working at night. I don't know, but yall need to get it together.
