I went to Taco Bell by UTEP. I saw the manager Herman walk in and slap an employees butt. he laughed when my husband confronted him. There was trash all in the lobby and when I was in the restroom I saw an employee come out and not wash their hands. I was shocked. Our order was wrong TWO times. Never going there again.

Insane portion sizes, great taste, quick service. Definitely the best taco bell in the city. Also, get the loaded nacho fries, they're absurd
The drive thru is Ai system operated. The staff member at the window would not take my money due to them not having enough change so I had to go and eat at another fast food restaurant that did.
The past five times I've bought the $7 box the chicken chalupa was all lettuce and tomato with two or three small pieces of chicken. Maybe you'd like another lawsuit. Seriously considering it.
They make you speak to a robot that makes you repeat yourself multiple times. I would rather speak to a human. Never coming to this taco bell again

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! Courteous, nice, and professional staff, who paid attention to every detail of my order and the restaurant was clean! I mean seriously, it was all right down to the exact number of sauces I requested… and then came by to check on me! Gotta give a shout out to the management that trained this team, and also to Jonnell & Dali who really stepped it up! I’d hire them in a heartbeat - so keep up the great training and promote them!
