I just got home from going to the drive thru, part of my order was some bean and cheese burritos and this is the most foul burrito I’ve had. On all of the burritos it’s nothing but beans and a bunch like a lot of onions. There’s not even cheese in them. Everything else on the order is pretty decent and every time I come here the staff is pretty cool and polite but man, these burritos are a crime.

Fast and great food, it has been always been my place today I went for breakfast and was disappointed coffee was bitter and hash brown was burned. Really sad.

Check bag before driving off they miss items from your order here. Having an A.I. take any orders has led to wrong orders and missed items for me at multiple locations. Some mistakes were realized by the time I got home with my drive thru order. Other A.I. mistakes were caught by the human drive thru attendant and fixed on the spot. All mistakes stemming from an A.I. I believe. Going to be leaving 1 star reviews until the A.I. can stop messing order up and stop offering me cheese fries no one wants. Leaving same review at different locations I've had issues at with drive thru A.I.

This location is terrible, they have up to 4 employees but they'd rather make you use the tablet to order than do it themselves even if you're paying cash. I waited 20+min for 2 burritos and I didn't even get them because i walked out.

They may have knocked down the old Taco Bell to build a new one, but the service is soo terrible it should've stayed a Burrito Factory.

Empty lobby, dirty, no customer service what so ever. Need to ask for everything utensils,napkins,sauce.
And for the manager to say sorry we dont have forks priceless. Have to eat my bowl with my fingers

Stingy!!! I don’t know why they are so stingy with the meat portions. I ordered two chili cheese burritos and I was eating more tortilla than meat. The tacos here’s are always slim, these damn tacos are not cheap. So put some damn meat on them!!! STOP BEING SO STINGY THE PORTIONS.

Went 2:30 am order for chips potato taco and other stuff but my taco nor my chips were on the order… I know it’s late but if I’m being charged and not even able to receive the food (after trying to fix it with the AI) then I don’t know what to do.
