The attendants that work here do not help customers coming in. I needed to ask them for something at the front counter, they noticed me and let me wait there for 10 minutes before even coming up to me. The associates name is Jessica Ramirez, that finally came over after the 4th look up. They expect everything to be done at the kiosks
