Why is it this place offers cinnamon ice coffee, but I've been here 5 times in the month of May at different times and THEY NEVER HAVE COFFEE. Yet they offer hot coffee and cold coffee, YET they NEVER EVER have it!!!!!!! So why have something on the Menu that you possibly don't even sell or your Employees don't like making. Maybe its time consuming, maybe it takes there time away from texting, I DONT KNOWWWW, WHAT I DO KNOW, Is the 5 times I've been hearing, THEY NEVER HAVE COFFEE.

Standing at the counter to order. An employee brought out an order for a customer. She then asked me if I ordered. Not a hello, no greeting. I tell her no i have not. She points to the order screen on the counter and tells me to order on the machine. I asked her. You are not going to take my order? She points to the machine. So cold and rude. I was the only customer in the lobby. Why does Taco Bell even have a lobby. Just keep it as a drive-thru restaurant. Oh, let's not forget. A robot takes your order at the drive-thru. I'm not visiting this place ever again.
