Very tiny portions for the chicken bowl! this is the bowl just shaken up, haven’t ate out of it.
Decent food but so many mistakes and the churro chiller commercial and decided to boycott for 5 years

Came 15 min before close and was told they were out of "product". I get off work late and for some reason they turn the menu off for whatever reason and claim they can't turn it on.

Take a bit of advice and don't ever order the new item on the menu, the Chicken nuggets. They were way too small in portion size. way overpriced for what you get and they were not very tasty, pretty much dry without a lot flavor. The only good thing was the sauces as they we were pretty tasty but they only give you one package of the sauce of your choice with your order if want to order more or other sauces with your order they charge you extra. So I think Taco Bell needs to get out of the Chicken nugget business it is definitely not their strong suit or their forte.

I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell with an employee named Alexis (aka Alexandra R.). During my drive-thru visit, the AI system repeatedly messed up my order. After three attempts to clarify, Alexis rudely remarked, “It’s a Spicy Potato Soft Taco, not a Spicy Soft Taco; that’s why it was getting the correct order, okay ma’am?” This condescending attitude was unprofessional and frustrating. I've faced rude behavior from other employees at this location before, which seems to be a recurring issue. Instead of resolving the problem, Alexis criticized me, adding to my frustration. When I asked to speak to her manager, she claimed she was the manager, but when I insisted on the general manager, she said she was the assistant manager dismissively. I had to ask multiple times for the manager above her before she finally went to get the information.
The reliance on AI for orders is problematic, especially since I was the only customer. This experience was frustrating, and the staff could benefit from better training in customer service. I will also be contacting corporate to express my concerns about this incident.

Worst taco bell experience I've ever had, my mom ordered her food and it took over 30 minutes to get because they were "changing the oil" which was a lie because the employees were just back there messing around instead of making the food. When we got the food it had to be thrown away because it looked gross (granted it is taco bell but we've never been disgusted with the food), the floors were also very sticky like it hasn't been cleaned in idk how long.
