Im big on customer service went through the drive thru on 10/28/2025 had the worst customer service by a person named Hailey she was very rude I was asking her something and she closed the drive thru window without acknowledging my needs. I addressed the issue with Albert the manager and going to notify corporate office as well. People who do not have customer service experience should not be working the drive thru word to the general manager Diana corral hope she reads this comment.

Happy hour medium drinks for a dollar are a good bargain. Only place to find the delicious mango brisk tea where the fountain drink machine dispenser ice cold drinks

I ordered a burrito with tacos. They said they didn’t have rice to add In the burrito, they asked if I wanted an extra of any other ingredient ( bean, beef). He said he was going to hook it up for me, to show up to my house with no burrito in the bag. Simple order and couldn’t follow through

So it seems this is by far the worst Taco Bell in the city of El Paso. Horrendous customer service. The cashier complained to his coworker because I added a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights and you can hear the coworker complain without a care of who hears them. 3 crunchy tacos and one luxe box stuffed into on small bag. The cinnamon twist looked like they were tossed into the bag and the bag they were supposed to go in, was laying on top like a cover. If these associates of Taco Bell do not want to be there. Why did they apply? And don’t get me started with the automated drive through. What happened to customer service? Does anybody wanna talk to a robot over an actual person these days? I do not.
