I would like to recognize Ruby for providing outstanding customer service during my recent visit. From start to finish, she made me feel truly valued as a Taco Bell Rewards member. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine warmth stood out immediately.

Ruby’s communication was clear, respectful, and thoughtful. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and maintained a tone that was both soothing and reassuring. At no point did she come across as rushed, irritated, or condescending—qualities that are unfortunately rare in many fast-paced customer service environments. Instead, she demonstrated patience, attentiveness, and an authentic commitment to making sure my experience was smooth and pleasant.

Employees like Ruby are the reason customers return. She embodies what exceptional customer service should look like, and I genuinely hope Taco Bell recognizes the value she brings to their team. If every location had more employees like Ruby, the customer experience across the brand would be even stronger.

I went today to order food after my son’s doctor’s appt. It was a sleepless night of him being sick which is why I went to this appt and thought I’d get food on the way home. I pulled up to what I thought was the pick up window and nobody came but I thought it might be busy inside. I also never get Taco Bell so I don’t know which windows to go to. I got on my phone to text my husband about the appt while I had a second. I looked up and a lady is waving me down from the second window. I pulled up and apologized to her and she just walked away and shook her head at me. Like I was a child. The gentleman there was SUPER nice about it. But I left Feeling embarrassed. I work with the public and I would never act that way toward somebody especially for something so minor.. Just giving some perspective to be kind. You never know what someone is going through. Sincerely, a hungry, sleep deprived mother. :)

Service was awful. The 2 young men making the food were too busy having a conversation and moved like sloths. Too cold in the eating area. Always. Food was cold. 😠

Absolutely unacceptable service. On a recent visit to Taco Bell, I ordered a value box through the drive-thru and didn’t realize until I got home that my drink was missing. No big deal, mistakes happen—so I mentioned it the next time I visited and ordered the same meal. The manager on duty told me there was nothing they could do—basically, “too bad.” No apology, no accountability. I canceled my order and left.

In this economy, every dollar counts, and customers have choices. This Taco Bell has officially lost my business. I’ll be sharing this experience on social media so others can decide where not to spend their money.

This place used to be better. The last 2 times I've gotten food here the items have less filling than any other Taco Bell I've ever been to. I also had a 40 minute wait for my order since they only had 2 people working. Go to a different location. This place has become trash.
