In an empty room I watched an employee approach an elderly man at the counter to ask how she could help... when he tried to order she led him to a kiosk. No thank you sir no smile. When he was called forward to receive his order he looked at the male employee in the eye and said thank you... to which the man ignored him and turned without any acknowledgement. Customer service takes a back seat to a kiosk?If you want a better review bring back personal service.
