Every time we visit this specific location, our order is incorrect, and it’s always the same mistake. We make it a point to clearly request certain items to be left off our plates, yet the issue continues to happen consistently. It’s become routine for us to double-check our food before leaving because of how often this happens.
We decided to give this location another try after avoiding it for a while due to repeated mistakes, but unfortunately, our experience hasn’t changed. Once again, our order was wrong. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of attention or training, but something at this location definitely needs improvement. Accuracy and attention to detail should be a priority when preparing customer orders. Especially with food allergies!

The overall cleanliness inside and out is not like it used to be. We wanted to eat outside in the patio, but there is a terrible smell that is unbearable. Not sure if it’s coming from sewage, grease traps or the trash cans that are in the patio. The last 2 visits has had this smell and uncleanliness.

I placed an order online and the app said that the order would be ready for pickup at 6:32 p.m. When I arrived at 6:35 p.m., the guy at the window shouted to the back to begin the order - they barely started making the order then. I waited in the drive-thru line until 6:55 p.m. when they finally handed me my order that was supposed to be ready at 6:32. So frustrating. Then, when I got my food home, naturally the order was not correct. More frustration. I asked to speak to the manager before I left and the same guy that was at the window told me he was the manager and didn't seem to care that my order wasn't ready, he just made excuses that he was short-staffed, there were about seven people in the kitchen I could see through the window, and there was nobody at the restaurant. I do not know what those seven people were doing. I do not recommend this location. Perhaps there are other locations that have better service. I hope this information gets to the owners or top management or whoever is responsible for running that location, because the the guy who said he was the manager at the drive-thru window could care less.

Went through the drive thru, and the girl didn't close my beverage correctly, and it spilled in my car. Had to ask for napkins. the girl just looked at me like it was my fault. When I ordered, i asked for salsa verde and limes. Got home and no limes. Queso was also not closed correctly all over my tacos and chips. Gonna have to stop coming to this location. Always missing condiments to complete ur lunch or dinner. They are always hiring. Now you know why.

I have such a soft spot for Taco Cabana and they always deliver. It’s fast casual so that’s what you’re going to get, but it’s the best possible version of fast-casual Mexican. Best tortillas in the city (I said it!), friendly service, kid-friendly, good vibes. A staple!
