12:20 pm 12/18/2025 Thank you Maricela!!!! There was a mix up in my order due to a small communication issue and Maricela came out and ensured it was corrected. She was kind and very helpful and she fixed the order very quickly with a great attitude. I work in the restaurant industry, I am a server, and I have never seen this type of quality customer service in a fast food restaurant and I was very impressed with how the situation was handled. I always have a great experience eating here when we visit El Paso , and this will now be the only Taco Cabana we go to because we know the service and food is always amazing

I recently went through the drive thru at this location and a younger lady charged me for my food. Then shortly after an older lady came to the window and was asking me to pay again. I explained that I had already paid and even verified that by showing her my bank statement showing the payment went through. The older lady I believe was Maria said she still needed me to pay because she didn’t see the payment go through on her computer and assured me she wouldn’t allow both transactions to happen once she closed out. It ended up charging me twice after transaction was no longer pending! I went through my bank since this lady didn’t seem to be capable of doing her job.

The flour tortillas were raw on the brisket tacos I'm not been mean we order from you guys 3 to 4 times a week also their was no salsa what so ever my food was so nasty I didn't eat it Sorry!! Quality assurance is a helpful task!!

Ordered a combo plate with taco and enchilada. The enchilada was so tuff it could not be cut with the plastic knife. Returned it and got another one which was cold.

There was not a clean table in the entire restaurant! Stop pretending not to notice in hopes we wouldn't ask them to do their job. Just very unsanitary place to eat. No thanks!

Wanted to show my family from Germany our Taco Cabana and I was a bit embarrassed after taking them here. Saw two dead cockroaches near the edge of the eating entrance, the men’s sink was out of order, and the cilantro was clearly past its prime. Paid $40+ for a less-than-ideal experience. Some of the workers were polite and pleasant, though.

The guy that ran the cash register violates food policy. Kept the same pair of gloves on while taking money then uses the same gloves to prepare your order. Discusting.
