I don't know what happened, but the food was not up to standards, rice was hard beans dry. The place was dirty, tables dirty garbage under the tables . There was only 3 customers dining inn it was not busy at all. Will not be going back to this location.

Every table was dirty no ice in the ice machine, it wasn't busy so I don't know why the tables were so dirty,...oh I know why, most of the employees were sitting at a table playing on their phones,....food was old and only 4 guests in the whole restaurant!

Taco Cabana is always my favorite place to stop and eat on Mesa Street. They serve great Mexican food quickly and the best thing is the fresh salsa bar. The fountain drinks are unlimited and the restaurant is kept clean.It is conveniently located a few blocks on the west side of interstate 10 at the Mesa Street exit in west El Paso. There is another Taco Cabana on Mesa, but I haven't eaten there yet.

Slowest restaurant I have to pick up from it’s 9:30 in the morning and they still haven’t cooked chicken. This is the third time that I’ve had to wait over 25 minutes for a DoorDash order.
Yeah, Taco Cabana deserves this. It had been 4 years (I'm guessing) & some things have changed. Their menu choices seem to have improved in many ways, their prices are more reasonable than I remember, the food was quite tasty, they offered me a senior discount, the staff was friendly & helpful ... I actually can't say enough. Really looking forward to my next visit. ¡Mil gracias a todos!
Please have your employees wear gloves while preparing the food. The girl grabbed the bacon with her bare hands.

The chicken on my taco bowl was hard and old. Disgusting smell on the restaurant. I should have walked away as soon as i smelled the pungent rotten smell.
