Was ordering to-go (drive through) and got the wrong order due to their horrible speaker system. I could barely hear them and vice versa. The employees were kind and helpful but none of that happens when no one can hear what the other person is saying.I got the wrong food and was thus overcharged, rather than try to fix the issue at the location I was frustrated and left.Please update your drive thru speaker system.... Regardless of what changes you make keeping outdated or malfunctioning equipment makes the entire experience a zero.

Manager Maria at our EP Hondo Pass location provided what most managers no longer believe in...and that's the customers. My order was wrong, I called she answered and the 1st thing she tells me is I am very sorry for our error. For the inconvenience please come back...and along with your order I will also like to compliment you with some cheese and tostadas. When can you return? I was lost for words and my mouth dropped!! She asked my name, asked me to go and ask for her I told her when I'd be by and when I went SHE STILL WAS APOLOGETIC AND REMEMBERED MY NAME AND GAVE ME THRIR DELICIOUS CHEESE. I offered to give her my receipt...and she advised me to please put it away...she did not need it. She was amazingly professional, you can tell WE COME FIRST AND THAT SHE LOVES HER JOB. THANK YOU MARIA FOR TRUSTING IN ME AND FOR MAMING ALL RIGHT WITHOUT BE LITTLING ME OR NOT TRUSTING ME. AMAZING ??

The so called general manager was rude and obnoxious, we had a 100 dollar bill and he said he did not have enough change. But then he said that people go through the drive thru to make change. What kind of so called general manager does that. Then he continued with his coworker and he said if the shoe fits wear it. Wow that was customer service at the taco cabana on hondo pass around 940ish pm.Well I don’t recommend this restaurant anymore with that kind of staff where the general manager is the rude one. Sad Sad sad, if you don’t like your job, then quit and give it to someone that really wants it
