Walter gave us great guest customer service.
Food Fresh, Tasty, and Warm.
I have to credit his trainer on how he performs. Continue to staff develop and refresher. Walter has leadership qualities. What l love was his explanation of flour and corn size and texture to include how they warm them on the grill. Walter guided me through the app rewards and how to redeem.

Great decor, the young man Carlos helped take my order, he was friendly. I ordered the brisket, I’m glad they brought it back.

It was sad, the chips are old. They are hard to eat and taste bad. The beans are grossed. Plus no napkins or utensils. Oh and the enchiladas did not have red sauce. Very crappie meal, I just ended up throwing it away.

They take forever and they hardly had any customers. Over 15 minutes waiting for 12 tacos, empty parking lot and only 3 cars in front of me. This is why they're gonna go out of business. This and their outrageous pricing.

Taco Cabana has always been a favorite of mine since childhood. I left town and after 23 years, returned looking forward to eating at Taco Cabana again. What a disappointment! The quality has gone down significantly! Food tastes very processed and the last couple times I have visited the drive thru it took about 20 minutes to get my food. This last visit made me say adios to this chain. Especially this location. I ordered a side of rice with some flautas. When I got home, the rice was so overcooked that it was as hard as a rock. I had to throw it out because it was not edible. On top of that it took them about 20 minutes to hand me my food, and I was the only one in the drive-thru at the time! I do not know what the problem is, but my advice to the manager is to please fix it or you may lose more customers like me.

Not very good experience, the guys working seemed as if they were there and didn't want to work unless they were having a bad day, still inexcusable, we got the double crunch carne asada and the shredded chicken and they look like someone threw up on them

I felt welcome. The employees surprised me because they were young but conducted themselves professionally and and made me feel valued as a guest. The mixed fajita meal was delicious and I was a happy camper

This location always has the same late night excuse. After 9 o’clock the system always seems to go down and they’re only accepting cash. To add insult to injury the staff is also very rude when they tell you this. It seems intentional because they want to turn customers away after 9 PM. It begs the question, are they pocketing and stealing the cash?? I have to wonder. I have run into this same exact situation more often than not in the evening hours with this particular location. Somebody needs to jack up the staff I start asking some serious questions.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Seems to be a trend in El Paso. 6 employees just hanging out, cashier sitting up front with guest, ALL TABLES,FLOORS, SALSA BAR were covered in trash, we had to wipe our own table. Asked for salsa from the back and got some old moldy cup with salsa in it. My food, 2 chicken taco combo was inedible, stale chips n cheese were probably the only good thing. My kid said his steak tacos were descent. Also notice another El Paso trend, apparently having clean uniforms and looking professional is for the birds, every restaurant we have visited have employees who look like they slept in their uniforms for 8 years and never wash them. No EXCEPTION HERE!! GO TO TACO BELL!
