We've been to Taco Shop and loved the experience and the food. The owner and staff were extremely courteous, attentive and welcoming. The food was delicious as well. We ordered the vegan jackfruit flautas, vegan nachos ans were nor disappointed.
But what stood out and made me a fan was when we ordered for delivery, the Door Dash driver picked up the wrong order and was not very helpful or didn't know how to rectify the situation. So we called to explain, the owner knew exactly what happened, said our order was on the way and the owner himself delivered our food, and we live 25 mins away! Now that's service and someone who cares. We love this place and we recommend it to anyone. Cheers.

We ordered the brisket flauta special tonight and they were so good! We had ordered ours online, but they weren't "dressed" until we got there to keep them from getting soggy. I really appreciated that considerate detail. The potatoes w/chorizo, beans, calabacita, and churro cake were also really good. I highly recommend this place.
It had a small kick to it, but I got the salsa on the side and it was perfect.
The guy in the back was also really friendly and very nice.
We'll definitely be back.

Cool place to walk into. Lots to see. As far as the tacos, it was 8:30pm and the way the food tasted, I thought it was because they were about to close. But they close at 10pm. The oil they fried the tacos in is old and burnt. I'm a chef myself, so I know they have not used clean oil. The meat was dry. The side portions are about two 4 tablespoons. And everything had chilé on it. The pictures on the site looked great and was eager to try. But but sadly disappointed. $15 for 4 floutas and two small sides. The starwberry lemonade was watered down. Would've been fine with it, if it was fresh since it took about 45 min with no other customers.

I just got my order & I immediately teleported to post a review. The flautas were mid & spicy as hell! The sides came in the smallest to go container which was about 5oz. I ordered charro beans & you couldn’t even fit a serving spoon into that cup. Same container for the corn i ordered. The sides had a crap ton of chile too. I 100% threw it in the trash because I just couldn’t eat it. $15 bucks for one plate was extremely disappointing. I wanted to share with my kids & I couldn’t. There should be some wording on the site stating heavy use of salsa. Just because I am from here, doesn’t mean I eat it. Sad to say it was my first & last visit. Also my husband will eat anything and everything, he is retired military & he has never said no to a meal. Well he took a bite & said the oil the flautas where cooked in tastes burnt. I really wanted to like this place as I am tired of the same restaurants nearby.

I love tacos, these tacos were disappointing.
Tortilla tasted like old reheated tortillas and the meat was dry and tasted like also reheated frozen meat.

This is a hidden gem in El paso, the guys running this place are awarded chef's. The food is simply spectacular. You remember that scene from ratatouille where Anton Ego takes the first bite of the food and it shoots him back into his child hood? Well if you do and you wanna experience that. Try any of their flautas. You can tell every single ingredient and addition to the plate is super well thought out and meant to be eaten all together. You guys also need to get there with the expectation that they're making your food with the utmost love and it will be a longer than normal wait for your food. My personal recommendations are: Brisket or Carnitas flautas, toreado chicken wings, frijoles charros, papas con chorizo and knock it back with a tamarindo water. Very well served as well.

I love this place been coming here for years but I came back today after a while
The sides are smaller portions now and the aguas frescas but other than that it's still very good
Food was good. I ordered street taco combo with rice and beans. Didn’t really get the authentic street taco taste but they are avg if I rate them. I think I liked the beans most from this experience and rice was avg as well. From the time my food was ordered to the time I was served was about 50 min and in my opinion the food isn’t worth the wait. 1 person walk out without his order upset about wait time.

I love the vibe in the shop. Freddy was awesome. And the best is they have Vegan options. I tried the cauliflower tacos, jackfruit flautas and cilantro jicama jalapeño slaw....all of it was amazing! I like the music too. Old skool hip hop...this place is everything. Oh yeah I had a mango aqua fresca. The cup is so cute ?
Dietary restrictions: The vegan menu is well versed.

1st time stopping in and amazing food! The pastor tacos were ? and everything we had was very flavorful. The chips/salsa we got were handmade as well.
The food took some time but that’s to be expected with good food, and it’s worth it 100%.
The atmosphere is really cool with different things to look at. You can tell they really took their time decorating the place with alot of care, and the arcade games really work.
The pineapple mango agua was very refreshing and the worker gave us to go cups before leaving.
