This place has some of the best tacos I have had and for a cheap price! I got the tacos al pastor it comes with 6 tacos and 2 sides I got it with French fries and rice. This plate was so good I would recommend it. They also give you a bean soup to start with. I also got the tripitas I'm very picky when it comes to tripitas and they where also excellent. If you are lookin for good tacos for cheap this is the place to go! Highly recommend.

Stayed at a nearby airport hotel to catch an early morning flight, and walked over to Tacos Chinampa. Had the chile rellenos and they were delicious! I'm a picky relleno fan, and these were home made. The best! And the staff was super friendly, always a bonus!

This restaurant is a dump! They do not greet you there and the- servers were rude to my mom, and they always seem unhappy and never smiles. The family taco plate was cold, it wasn't fresh and bland, the meat was dry as it were sitting there for a few hours. The meat didn't have well flavor and poorly seasoned. When I arrived home my stomach was sick and did four trips to the bathroom- almost felt like throwing up. Somone should call the health Department and investigate this restaurant. It is sad how the owners operate this business- uncaring about how this business serves the public. They should start calling themselves: Tacos Chumps! In conclusion, I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! Save your money- it is not worth it- the food is bad and so was the rude, unhappy servers that never greets customers. Thanks for your vote!

I couldn't believe the prices and portions vs. Taco Tote and Taco Cabana, which are chains in the area. This isn't a chain (that i'm aware of) and you literally get twice to food for half the price.

Waiting time is too long, not worth it for the quality. Maybe they were having a bad day.

This place was walking distance from our hotel, which was a godsend considering that we were staying at the Hyatt near the airport. Not much is walkable there, very different from downtown EP. Being there during that heat wave, 110 F temps, we did not always want to go much farther than the hotel pool. This restaurant was close and so good! My tacos al pastor were perfect, all the sauces were good. We all shared from our plates and nobody had a bad meal. Some of our takeout was wrong, but still delicious. I’m sure we will eat there on our next trip.

Great tacos Al pastor. Delicious salsa too. For tacos, frijoles, chips and salsa, lemonade and a Negro Modelo. All for only eight dollars. Wow awesome.

Large selection of food and snacks! Can't mess up cheesy cheetos. Piña loca amazing! Papas laca just ok... the food truck a few spaces down had better ones with twice the chips for same price. Asked for no cueritos on the Tostilocos... and they came with the cueritos... looooong wait.

Cannot get out to go enjoy a meal other than the mre we are being given for lunch. We ordered using uber eats and had the survival kit delivered. Oh gosh, so good. Hit the spot after a few months abroad it was nice to have an authentic meal.

Spent the night in El Paso on our way to San Diego, and opted to eat dinner here. It was a good choice. There's a lot to choose from, but we decided to have tacos. We shared a plate with two each of chicken fajita, asada and al pastor with sides of rice and beans. OMG! Everything was delicious. Driving through or staying in EP for awhile, put this place on your list of dining options. You won't regret it.

This was my third stop for tacos on a cross country trip. I had previously stopped in LA and Tuscon and El Paso was next. I found Tacos Chinampa online and since it was right off the interstate, it was perfect. I ordered through the side door as the restaurant is closed to dine in right now. I had al pastor tacos. It only took a few minutes to receive my order. The tacos were delicious, I ate them in the car. I was also given a baked potato which I ate peel and all as it was. While waiting on my order the owner brought me a bowl of Raspa which was delicious and refreshing, and unexpected. I have nothing bad to say. Everything was great from service to food and I would happily eat here again.

I got 12 tacos for the price of $20. Doesn't sound too bad until you see the size of these. I open my mouth and they're gone! Two bites max, their sauce is pretty good it saves the tacos to be honest. It comes with radishes (weird) and caramelized onions (eh). Skip next time.
