I had a very good experience here overall! I wanted authentic tacos, and this definitely hit the spot. Also, unlike many places around El Paso, they allow you to order tacos in quantities of 2. I ordered 2 chicken, 2 Al Pastor, and 2 Barbacoa tacos. Each of these tasted amazing, and were even better when I added some of the toppings at the salsa/sauce bar. Food is good but the young manager needs to learn to listen before responding. I had an issue with my order and she was wouldn't let me explain the situation and kept cutting me off. Leadership needs to work on communication skills.
I placed an order via telephone, which was intended to be as follows: two orders of four tacos and two orders of six tacos. However, when I arrived to collect the order, I was first informed by the young lady that I needed to join the line where customers were placing their orders. Furthermore, my order was incorrect, as all the orders consisted of four tacos.
