I was there this past Wednesday around 11:30am, I can’t really understand why there was only TWO employees working the whole restaurant, the employees tried to give the most excellent service but yet there was a lot of customers and there is only so much they can do, I would really suggest or expect for more employees to be present, the total of two employees cannot run the whole store.Not even a manager was present. Where is the manager at this point?

Honestly, I’d stopped coming here a few years back because they really went down in quality and service. My wife recently ordered us some without me knowing and I’m embarrassed to say how many times I’ve eaten there after ? Buche is fire! Al Pastor? FIRE and don’t get me started on them sirloin tacos! Fav restaurant rn for sure ? all the salsas are really good too!

I went to the location on edgemere to get an order to go and got 3 order of tacos de alambre and 3 of carne asada and as we got home my wife started eating and a piece of wire approximately 6” was in one of the tacos. I called restaurant and met with some man apparently assistant manager and I gave him the wire. He apologized and told me I could order anything I wanted whenever so I told him I would ask my wife because she was pretty upset. Luckily when she bit the taco she only got a small cut on top of her gum but she was pretty upset. Next day I called to get order as a courtesy since my wife got over the situation and a female assistant manager answer and said she couldn’t help me. I nicely told her thank you but I will never go to any of tacos don cuco in my life.

Everything was good… they have a sign at the register about giving a military discount… so i showed the older gentleman my CAC card and apparently i couldnt get it because i was not in uniform according to him. What does me being in uniform or not have to do with me being a service member. I was on my day off… presidents day.

The menudo "familiar" order used to be enough for my family of 3. Sadly, it's mostly juice now with hardly any hominy or meat. It still tastes good but it's hardly worth the $30 I pay for it.
