My mother loves the mushroom tacos and the calabasitas! I had the arrachera tacos. Really great food

Cucumbers were old, meat was cold and undercooked the charro beans were 1/2 full and the baked potato was so cold that the butter would not melt.

Ordered an arrachera street plate and was given tripitas. They take long to make the food, so we decided to just take what was given lol. Simply disappointed obviously as it was not the food we were eager to try.

First time there. Order got mixed up a little, I wanted sirloin and chicken and got two chicken, but that turned out ok. The chicken was delicious, especially with a blend of the salsas and sides available - green chile salsa, avacado type salsa, Pico, and red onions. Can't wait to go back! Service was fast and friendly too!

Every time I have eaten here the food has been great, the salsas are so good, and I leave very full. All the staff here are always working hard and cooling up a storm. Sometimes, I wish there was more ambiance with some music, but it's fine.

This is by far the worst Tacotote I’ve ever been too. Started off with the girl at the register. She refused to speak so any of us could hear her. I had to repeatedly ask her to speak up. Each time met with a scowl and a roll of the eyes. The place place was dirty. Had to clean a table to sit down. There was soda spilled on the floor and I watched 3 different employees step over it and never cleaned it up. Way over priced

I ordered online. Picked up my order and had to wait a long time and even serve my own salsas and veggies then I get back to work and realize I was missing items. My bag also tore from the bottom and I spilled everything since they overpacked a bag. I called to complain and they said I could go back to get the missing items and that's all they could do. They need to be more attentive and double check items this isn't the first time this happens and this location. Very upsetting especially since this was for a group of out of town people vising El Paso for the first time.
The food is delicious, but the drive through wait time makes it almost not worth it.

The drive thru always takes too long. If the food is already prepared it makes no sense why the wait is so long. This is every time I come. Why have a drive thru?? Defeats the purpose.
