We visited Taco Tote as a family, and unfortunately, our meal was quite disappointing. The tripitas were overly greasy and had an unappetizing appearance due to the excessive fat. The potatoes were also served cold and hard. The meat we ordered for our family of four was dry and lacked the flavor we were hoping for. To make matters worse, we were only informed after placing our order that flour tortillas were unavailable because of a management oversight. Given that our meal cost over $100, we were very disappointed with the quality of the food and won't be returning.

I ordered online, and when I tried to pick up my order at the drive-thru, they told me I couldn’t, that I had to go inside. So I went in and asked about my order, and they told me to go to the person working at the drive-thru to pick it up. Obviously, she noticed and told me that I had to come inside for my order because she didn’t know what sauces I wanted and they can’t pack it for me.
By the way, there was only one table occupied, and there was no one at the drive-thru at that time.
I went to Taco tote on a Monday. The timing, the service, just amazing!. From the time I finished paying my food was ready. Joel, great service, very professional. Definitely will be coming again, on a Monday. Rosa's team, amazing job.

Thank you for Leslie's attention, I took our food to the table and solved the problems in our order since in the box it was taken badly but Leslie I can fix it the food was very tasty it was a busy day but I had my order in 20 minutes very delicious.

I experienced a great customer service today, first of the manager was helping her employees and going around and asking customer if everything was ok, restrooms were clean i think the manager name is Erika then right after we order our food a girl named Mariam brought our food to the table and got us extra butter as we asked her and she was so nice. Loved todays visit!
