She stopped after hearing each item and moved to the register to enter one at a time and she was very slow. The order took a long time to be ready and the restraint was very slow. When we got the order home the Pirata tacos were not made correctly, no cheese. Very dissatisfied.

We recently purchased a home on this side of town and thought we should try the Tacotote here! Sad to report that we didn't even go in because the establishment looks deserted, dirty, and even dangerous. We drove around and could immediately tell the windows were filthy! The fencing around the back, by the drive through, was covered with trash and what looked like toilet paper trapped in-between the wire. The entire place looks run down! There's homeless people just hanging around the parking lot, with almost no cars parked there during peak lunch hours? Very suspicious. We then came to read the reviews and were relieved that we went to chilli's instead! Do Something Tacotote franchise owner!

Food is great , good customer service but the place is pretty rundown the owner has lost interest on the place landscape outside full of weeds. Place looks abandoned the restrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in days salad bar pretty harsh ? besides that food is good

the sirloin ? tacos with cilantro onions lemon and hot sauce are very delicious try it if we'reflowered too yes no corn because he gets soggy where you're ready to eat

Food is tasty but very expensive! I used to come to this place growing up and boy has it changed. Our order was made incorrectly and when we asked the manager, she refused to help. Gina is an absolute terrible manager!! We weren't the only ones that were disappointed. She doesn't even treat her own employees nicely and it shows. They deserve a raise and are very kind. Couldn't say the same about her. Won't be coming back and I hope HR deals with management.

Honestly the food is amazing don't get me wrong, but I see the way the General Manager talks to her employees and I'm wondering how she even got that position. Gina is a terrible manager to these young kids, you can see it in the workers faces. It's sad to see employees be treated this way. Be better Gina or don't be a General Manager at all

The food was great except we spent $60 on a 4 family pack only for us to feed one taco each… we usually have a little more in portion maybe two tacos each but it seemed ridiculous for the amount we paid then I ordered a 2 person platter for an additional $30 and it was literally the same portion as the 4 people portion served!! This was completely upsetting, then the manager Gina Olvera was completely rude when I went to ask for extra tortillas that were not added onto my first order and to try and resolve the issue when I placed my second order because they still got it wrong. Kino made up for the lack of professionalism Gina showed. Kino was very polite and respectful and made sure we had everything we needed.
My family of 3 & my parents arrived to tacotote hoping to get a good bite after running errands and being on the road all day. The establishment is nice and quaint. When we order a platter for 4, we expect at least two dishes with meat instead they served us about 1 1/2 lb of meat only. Maybe a platter to feed two, my wife goes and orders another platter for 2 instead of 4 and to our surprise the quantity looks exactly the same. Manager was stuck up and of no help, she seemed like she was having a bad day herself. My point of this is, don’t come here if you do and it’s a big family expect to leave hungry.

Wow moved away came to visit not the same place it use to be. It was one of my favorite places. Drink station had problems they had no horchata when I told them at counter they just put up signs. I had paid for drink they didn't offer to return my money. I don't think I'll be back here when I come visit El Paso.

The tacos are small for the price. They also come with nothing but the meat and tortilla. No cheese or anything. I also ordered rice and squash (which has a soup consistency) from the drive thru (waited 15 min to get food) and they didn’t provide utensils. I guess I’m suppose to use my fingers!? I had to go back and go in to get plastic fork. I will NEVER eat at a taco Tote again. Service sucks, long wait times and overpriced food!
