We ordered tamales and pre-paid. We had the receipt that said it had already been paid for, and the senora that works there decided to charge my dad again. She almost got away with this until my mom called her out on it. Very disgusting customer service to try and get more money from customers.

I have tried the tamales in many locations through out El Paso. This is as close as it gets to my grandmother's recipe. It is a hole in the wall type of place, you have stand in line to order and is a cash only business. I have not tried any other items on the menu. I am just rating the tamales.
Cash only and place didnt have chicken tamales. Establishment was Not very appealing.

I gave 4 stars bc I like my tamale masa on the thinner side. They do sell out.During COVID: they have a walk-up window with shade for orders (to the right of the building).
