When we walked and we sat down thinking there would be someone to come take our order we weren't told where to order up front. We finally went up and ordered. While we we were waiting the lady up front kept yelling and shouting to poor waitresses name from where she was standing instead of going to the back to call her or help her staff. The food was pretty pricey we waited a long time to get our order we were almost going to cancel the whole order and leave. We finally got our food but we were missing an order. I went up to the front counter and let her know we were missing and order and from there again she shouted this poor girls name and let her know we were missing tacos. I thought it was so unprofessional and rude. The tacos were greasy, small for the price and just not very flavorful at all. We left the food there and went to eat somewhere else. Overall our experience was poor and I'm still shocked at how ugly this lady was to this waitress. Not a good leader at all.
