Drove by this place for months, finally gave it a try and have come back probably like 6 times since. Great selection and uniquely prepared hotdogs to quesadilla's/tacos etc. We have always enjoyed whatever we got here.

Decent hot dogs, but maybe not for the price point. Had a few thoughts:
Price: I got the alambre hot dog, which was $13, the others in my group got the asada hot dog, which was like $11 or $12. Prices weren't listed on the menu on the food truck and, if you wanted to see prices ahead of time, you needed to check online, which is weird. I don't think any hot dog should be more than $10, especially in El Paso where food is typically cheaper.
Ingredients: Pretty sure my bacon wrapped hot dog didn't have bacon or if it did, I couldn't find it. The flavor on both hot dogs were great, but if an ingredient is listed, I expect to be able to taste and see it.
For what it is, they make good hot dogs, but I'm not confident I'd go back given plenty of other places in El Paso do hot dogs like these for a lesser price and are upfront about that.
Parking: Parking right off the highway, all dirt, gets packed

I would given the food a 5 star but they changed the hot dogs to a meat blend i don't know what this last time I ordered and it's terrible. Switch back to all beef and they'd be perfect

I've been coming to Taza for years since they were a small cart! It was the best hotdogs then, and they're still the best hotdogs now!
I usually drive by for work and see it, but I finally decided to stop by and give it a try. It's on the south side of Montana so plan ahead if you are needing to change lanes to get in because iff you miss it you gotta go around again. It's got a little covered area, Porta potties up front amd a hand wash area by the seating area. I actually really liked this.
I got the Mexican Dog with Bistec and all the fixings minus the nacho cheese (not trying to blast off tonight).
The meat is good, the dog is good, the bun is good. Together, I just wasn't feeling it. I want to try another one next time because this was not my jam. Maybe the original Taza dog is more my speed where it is less crowded.
The bistec is a bit too dry for this one, and the juice from the beans soaked the crease of the bun so the dog eventually fell through. Then I had delicious bistec and a regular hotdog ? shoulda asked for a side of tortillas.
The fries, limonada and Horchata were good too! I actually took some bistec and put it on the fries, and it was ? and so was that salsa roja (it's got lots of chile de arbol).
Parking: It's very tight and very few spots. It is also closed off from the shopping center nearby so you can't park there to come here.

Great hot dogs, just a bit pricey. All food is good just very expensive. I don’t think a taco truck has that many expenses like a restaurant has, yet has higher prices than a restaurant.

drove by so many times without stopping and then one night decided to come try. the service was incredible despite us having a large order and they were extremely timely in getting it out to us. came back 3 nights in a row bc it was THAT good.
