The El Paso Tcby downtown location is horrible. The employee who works here has a terrible attitude and makes it very obvious he doesn’t want to work ( it’s always the same gentleman with dark hair and glasses). The supply of cookies, ice cream, and etc. is always limited. He never puts out all supplies or ingredients. This location could be a lot better if there was better staffing and all supplies available.Signed,Disgruntled Customers

if you go down town for an early dinner like I do and want to have dessert, don't count on going to TCBY because they close to early. Would love to have some. Very disappointing

Store was closed early and the front door locked. Had to go through Starbucks to get in. The employee was very opposed to using any coupons. I said I had a Verizon wireless free item. She didn't know how to process it. Bad one-time experience.

My partner and I got to this place with 30 minutes to close. Door was locked. Girl opens the door and asks (while holding the door) if we’re planning to sit in the establishment or not. We say we’re just gonna get something to go. While we were looking at the menu display the girl turns it off. We ask to turn it back on, to which she replies, I just want to avoid customers coming in last minute. She also stated they only hand a couple of items available, the full menu is not. We kindly told her to have a nice night and we left.
This review is for their lack of awareness. So disappointed! I was excited to learn that there was a TCBY next to the Plaza. We went to an event and planned to get yogurt first. The event was at 8pm, and they closed at 7! There was a couple hundred people rooming around in front of them that could have been potential customers. I used to manage 6 stores in Boston for TCBY that were corporate owned back in the late '80s through early '90s. I always knew when events were going around the stores and always made sure to adjust our schedules to get as much foot traffic as possible coming and trying us out. I would even adjust specials to draw them in. With the construction and parking situation around that area, I guess I will never get to try this store. Sad.

This location is right next to the Plaza theater. This a handy spot to have a little dessert as you wait for the theater doors to open. It is great to meet your friends here too before the show and share something sweet. Something about theater and sweets just goes together like two indulgences...

If you are catching a show at the Plaza theater, TCBY is a great way to catch a quick and healthy bite to eat during intermission. It is located inside the Mills building but you can enter the store that is adjacent to the Plaza theater. I recently watched Lion King and during intermission stopped in TCBY which was on my to visit list. Well, it was a perfect day to stop in. The frozen yogurt and toppings are a great and healthy choice as long as you are disciplined to pick the right toppings. It is easy to pick up some bad things to add to your dish though many are really good. Temptation is strong here. Within a few minutes my family and I had our dessert and loved every bite. From the various yogurt options, it is hard to not find one you like. Plus we made it back to the theater a few minutes late but it was well worth it. Sure Starbucks was right next store but this store deserved some love today. I actually like the options here compared to SB. Also I am not a coffee drinker so it was an easy choice. It may not be ice cream but frozen yogurt is a healthy option. Make sure you stop by and try out this place. You will definitely love it!
