They change their owner so there’s no more Asian snacks. Still we got the horchata milk tea and iced coffee. It was good! Definitely recommend!

I got the Horchata and Matcha, and they were delicious! The Horchata reminds me of when my grandma used to make some for us! I would highly recommend it! My mom tried the Matcha, and she loves it too!

Inaccurate hours

Bubble tea really bitter.. new owner ship and they did not want to train i suppose.. it regular Americans food. The viet sandwich regular sandwich that Americans. No pickle veg or just chicken and lettuce. The owner is nice but using wrong brand advertising. Cool for the price though.

Wonderful tea shop I wish I'd have found earlier. Owner is very nice and helpful in making a decision on what to order. I ordered 2 milk boba teas. One oolong with brown sugar boba and one jasmine with white boba ( or maybe it's called crystal- suggested by owner). They were both delicious. Tea taste was dominant in both and tea tasted fresh. Upon ordering owner checked to see if she had fresh tea and she did. That small action is a big plus in my book. I will be a regular. Thank you!!!

Great Bahn Mi and boba. I had the pork bahn mi and green Thai tea with brown sugar boba. The boba aren’t the regular chewy tapioca pearls, but the crunchier kind - still very good and I liked the change of pace. It’s hidden inside the office building but definitely worth a stop.

This was first time checking out this place, I saw it on google and decided to give them a try. The customer service is great. The shop is located inside an office building so it kinda small. Me and my wife decided to order 7 different snacks and one bubble tea to go. They offer a lot of choices to eat as well as bánh mì. The place look very colorful and clean. The food was great and taste is perfect for me. Please come and give them a try.

El Paso Hidden Gem!! I ordered strawberry lemonade, macchiato greentea and popcorn chicken. They were all AMAZING! Definitely coming back
