I love this place and it usually does really well with drinks unfortunately some times they add a lot of ice and you only get a little bit of drink. Just ask for light ice and it will fix the problem that way you get 1/3 ice and the rest will be tea. This was an example of what I mean, the water is the amount of melted ice in the cup that was left after I finished my drink

Favorite Tea Spot!!! They have high quality loose leaf teas, with many options. Best energy teas, best water. They recently added food items and frosteas to the menu. My favorite monthly energy drink is the Spicy Sandia Surge and my favorite sandwich is the pretzel melt. They have excellent customer service and great vibes.

Went in with a friend and the staff was helpful, friendly and interested in helping build community within El Paso. The tea was delicious and just the thing we needed to help with that early evening slump. Go check them out!

I like this place alot I stop drink redbulls cause they would give me the jitters. These teas are much better. I don't get the jitters and they taste good, and you can also get some sugar-free.

3/5 because this specific location is a hit or miss with their coffees; in the last week I've either gotten my order completely wrong or the drink had a weird chunky texture like a nature valley bar had been crumbled in there. Overall the teas are great, but their coffees have been inconsistent.

I just went to this place for the first time, was passing by it and didn’t even look up the hours, upon going to the drive thru window I realized I was there 50 minutes before the store opened, still an employee came to the window and to my surprise gladly took my order despite me being there way before opening. She was very kind, if they turned me away for being early I would’ve understood but she was kind enough to still take my order once she set up the registers. The tea was also good. It’s rare to come across good service now a days so I greatly appreciate it when someone attends customers with a good attitude. Another employee at the end handed us our order and she gladly answered some questions we had about the teas too. :) will be back again.

Have been here multiple times always pleasant teas are delicious tons of sugar free options unlike other places in town. So if you're diabetic this doesn't raise sugars with sugar free options. Their loose leaf teas are amazing. Love this place.

I usually never post reviews but I just had to say, amazing customer service and I love the energy drinks. The ladies working were very helpful and super kind, Abi and Haven are amazing workers! Will definitely be coming back!

Went to get a energy drink and was not worth the 6$ for half a cup of liquids I guess they are following Starbucks techniques lol
