Very professional, very accommodating, very delicious. The employees are golden especially the ones that deal with me on a daily basis- they know what I want and they do a great job every single time *wink wink. They have great smiles and are very welcoming. I'd recommend to any of my buddies if they were attuned to the flavor of boba and tea, whatever that means.

I really like this places boba drinks but it’s been several times that I go and they never have the regular boba towards the night time. In a business I feel like you guys should have enough supply to serve till the last minute. It’s like going to a pizza place for a pepperoni and they don’t have pepperoni anymore that’s really annoying and you lose customers like that. I hope this can improve cause I don’t like to complain but this has really gotten to my nerve.

My boyfriend and I love coming here. We always order the same thing all the time. We’ve gotten some order that taste different but we always end up liking it amd this time. All orders came out wrong we ordered the red panda drinks and they didn’t come with the brown sugar. And the chai drinks tasted like water and we just didn’t like them at all. We are very disappointed in that cause we love coming here but after this I think we might start going somewhere else

I've tried several boba places on the east side and I come back to Teapioca. I think it's the fact that you can customize your drink so much and it's not your basic boba tea.

I just want to shout out the young lady I believe her name was Chantelle (I hope) she’s the one that made our drinks today, I told the girl at the register that if there was a way I could get my drink re made because it didint taste as sweet as I normally get it and she went to ask the girl that made the drinks and she let me know it was against their policy but that she would make an exception this time which I thought was very sweet, and I guess in the process realized she didn’t put the extra boba we asked for the first time and she apologized and gave us a free drink as well. They were really sweet and professional. I rate the customer service a 10/10???

I've tried different things here and I must say this place is pretty good. This place has my favorite tapioca pearls out of all the places in this city. My favorite drink so far is the Honeydew Cream BlasTea, but I really like honeydew melon in general so I might be a bit biased here.
