Food is so good. Will come back

The inside of the restaurant was nice, clean and it wasn't too cold. The food however left something to be desired it was dry and bland. My chicken tasted like charcoal chunks and my noodles like oil. Even my root beer was kind of flat. The cookie was alright but $3 is wild. I'm glad I tried it, but I don't think I'll ever return..

Absolutely delicious noodles, I love the vegetables, cause they're fresh and not over cooked. The orange chicken bowl is my favorite and the steak teriyaki is also really good.

It took about 10 minutes from arrival to the time I got my order. The junior size is pretty filling even tho it might look small. They have a pickup window for online ordering. Overall love this place! Try the Spicy Teriyaki chicken

I ordered for curbside pickup and it was a quick and easy process! The food is delicious. I got the spicy teriyaki chicken twice and it was spicier the first time and just as delicious the second time. I forgot to take a picture of my food before eating it so the picture I added is after I took a few bites.

Súper expensive teriyaki. 4 chicken bowls and two 20 oz sodas just over $60 with tip. Slow service and stingy on the condiments. One packet of sriracha per person. Won’t come here again.

I came into Teriyaki Madness on Eastlake around 7:00pm on 9/15/25 and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The girl at the counter (she had braces) rolled her eyes the moment I walked in, stood there with her arms crossed, and spoke in a condescending tone like she was being bothered just for taking my order. Her whole attitude came across as stand-offish and reluctant, like she didn’t want to be there at all.

I come to restaurants to enjoy a meal, not to deal with rude, dismissive service. If this is the kind of attitude management allows from staff, it makes the entire place look unprofessional. Definitely left a bad impression and makes me not want to return.

Decent price for large portions. I always get size large it's just way more worth it for me. Food is good, it hits the spot for comfort food. I will always return for more! Got carbs, veggies, protein and tastes good, great compliment to my work outs.

I loved this place at first until tonight. I went to the store and got my usual take out meal. This time there was like no meat in the meal. I called and explained it to the manager he said “it’s all weighed “ I told him there was like no way it was weight. He said it was. He was rude and not helpful I told him that this was unacceptable I had eaten there 4 times since they opened. He was unwilling to help. I said if he does not help me I will never go back. He said you do what you got to do

Pretty Hefty portion for the price. Food was really good. They don’t mess around with their spicy levels though. Overall pretty good!
