Great Service from Saul today, I was there earlier today and had a great service from the greeters to the server(Saul) to the greeters saying goodbye! The place has a great atmosphere and the employees are always smiling and eager to serve everyone. Great restaurant! Saul was great! And upseller too! Thats what you need in places like that! Please don’t come here if you want to be seated at a reasonable time. Due to poor managing they are constantly understaffed during busy hours despite knowing it’s going to be a busy hour. Longer than an hour wait with no explanation

Big fan of the chain, unfortunately this time they've missed the mark. Sat in the bar area since I was eating alone, had to ask for everything from silverware to bread to the rest of my order (twice). Not sure how many cooks sprinkled salt on my order. Will go back again, could have been an off night.

My family is a Texas Roadhouse regular- but in Las Cruces. We have never ever had a problem there. It has always been perfect all the way around. Overall bad experience at this location. From the food, to the waitress, and then the unaccommodating manager. My husband received a much smaller steak than ordered, and my food was burned. They refused to make it right. They wanted him to reorder and pay for another meal. When I brought my foods issue up to the waitress, she was hesitant on fixing it because I took a couple of bites. She lied and claimed “it was almost gone” when my entire plate was full with the exception of peeled off burned bread and a couple bites of mashed potatoes. Only 3 of us ate, and somehow ended up with a $105 bill- they charged us for each side individually, instead of it being included in the meal price. In cruces we fed 9 people and the bill was $160. We will never ever eat at this particular location again. Had they fixed the issues we addressed, this would have been a 5 star review. Normally if we have an issue with food, it is remade and credited for the inconvenience. That is good customer service. Definitely not we experienced today.
