The food was super dry . The service person that took our order was never around to ask for more items she never really checked in with us We were super crammed I was almost able not to be able to get out of my chair to use the bathroom is super unorganized and super tight seating

Be aware that when their system determines the amount of tip you will pay, it does it including the tax. One should not pay a tip on tax. It should be on the service and food you get. Not the tax.

Food was awesome..I'm usually a ribeye fan but they have seemed overly fatty the last couple of times here so I tried the NY strip instead and it was perfect. Service this time was so-so..nothing overly wrong, just not very attentive and food items were missing. Took us telling 3 different people before we finally got 1 of 2 missing sides...then had to re-ask for that one.
Trash service and I didn’t even get to be seated. Just a hi how many. Said 2 then told to wait to the side. No wait time no communication just watching other people be asked with bigger groups then being sat. I don’t understand and so we agreed to leave and the staff didn’t care. I couldn’t see the name tags but one. His name was John. One girl employee just standing there with tea. Another sitting on some saddle l, John and the other guy just doing a trash job at greeting and sitting. This is the second time at this location with terrible service. Last time even we complained about the peppercorn gravy when a manager asked us about it. Told her it was nothing but grease she looked at it and agreed. Told us next time order something else. The other locations here in El Paso have never treated us this way

Today's visit was on point. Only a 10 min wait. Waiter did good. Food was delicious. 6oz filet with 6 pack of grilled shrimp. Beat the rain!

After a couple of bad experiences, we decided to give Texas Roadhouse another try and I’m so glad we did! The service was excellent, the steak was cooked perfectly, and the bacon cheese fries our server recommended were amazing. Really happy we came back!
