Always a great place to go

Service was ok. One thing every single time we come is it's always too cold. You can't eat comfortable at all. Our food gets so cold right away. You all really need to calm down with the cold air. It doesn't need to be that cold. You can't say it's for the waiters and waitresses because I see quite a few of them wearing hoodies or long sleeves and see them telling each other how cold it is.

We went on a Sunday at 2pm. Checked in using the app and when we arrived had a short wait before we were seated. Our beverages and appetizer arrived in a reasonable time. The same for our meals only out of four meals one wasn't cooked right, and another had the wrong sides. Twenty minutes later the correct sides arrived. Never really saw servers unless taking or bringing orders, and under the tables the floors were dirty with food items.

Placed an online order at 11:50 am for pick up at 12:30pm. Had to an additional 30 min in the parking lot for my order. If you plan on ordering online, plan your pickup with an additional 30- 45 minutes ahead of time and pack snacks. You're going to be waiting a long time. And don't bother leaving a tip - save the extra money for the gas you're going to waste waiting in the parking lot.

My fiancé and I both got the wrong meals, hers being nearly ice cold. After I’m assuming refrying my steak, they got it wrong yet again, and even overcooked it this time. I gave up, having waited over an hour at this point, I just took the steak. Had maybe 4 ounces of meat on a 12oz piece of fat. Vegetables looked/felt like they were thawed rubber. “Loaded fries” came out with a sheet of plastic like cheese that every single fry slipped right out of with all the grease they were covered in. Manager came up and delivered our second meals to “ensure they were correct” but rudely hushed my fiancé away when she tried to remind him that they had yet to bring another item out still. The workers couldn’t even figure out what types out steaks we had, so instead of the manager coming to OUR table, they carried MY food through the entire restaurant multiple times? All in all, terrible greasy food, horrible manager that tried to “handle the situation”, would not EVER recommend this place.

Side note: we paid FULL price for everything even after having meals incorrect multiple times and just settling for cold food that had been handled by too many damn people, and wasn’t even given our military discount. Class A place.

Usually, I don't have anything negative about TXRH... but today is not the case. Music was really loud, hard to hear my wife next to me, food and silverware underneath our table. We had to wipe our bench seats and ask the table to be wiped again. Employee (young employee) was in the bathroom vaping... seriously!!! Asked for a medium rare steak but got well done. This location needs work to many young people working there and didn't see any management walking around.

After waiting for 25 minute and asking for bread twice the waitress was no where to be found, I ended up asking someone else for bread and she tells me oh we are so behind with the bread, then we get our food and had to wait another 10 minutes to get silver wear. Service is bad not like the other tx road house on Yarbrough manager no where to be found.
